Update, it finally arrive but honestly I will never do business again as it was such a headache to get this item.
Never got the item. They say it's on the way and the tracking number just changes the days extending the ETA. I'm now having to open a dispute via PayPal. I ordered it on 12/23/2022 and it's 1/9/2023 and it's still not here. Do not waste your money. It makes no sense that they shipped it via UPS and it's changed to USPS. Don't get scammed like I did.

After several weeks the product was finally delivered. I charged it for 4 hours per the instructions and the device doesn't event turn on. Thus has been a waste of money so far.

So far shipping and quality. Also I mistaking ordered 2 and didn’t need 2 and the response to return was quick.

It actually works. I saw results for my spider veins brown spots and several skin tags I have. I am excited to try on my stretch marks.

I was skeptical at first. But, I have used it and am pleased with the results. I removed a number of skin tags and moles and the results are very good. Took a few days to complete healing, but no big deal. No scarring. I checked the BBB reviews and they were not good. I think the company should follow up with those people and see what they have to do to resolve their complaints. Those reviews are not good for business; but, they can come down once the customer has been satisfied.

So far I’ve removed 7 moles, cherry anngiomas and a piece of raised skin on my inner lip that I bit once and continued to bite over and over again! All are completely gone! I am so happy! Can’t wait to do my wrinkles and eye lids!

My Dermavel, was shipped very quickly and I have received alot of very useful information, very pleased with the support, just started using it , I would say take your time and start small to get used to how it operates..

I love being able to take care of a skin tag or mole without having to pay outrageous fees to dermatologist. Dermatologist are always overbooked and in a hurry too. I love the independence and the ability to take the time to do things right.

Takes entirely too long to get your product

So far it works great! Good for beginners! I used it on a skin tag & so far so good.

I received my pen last week and it’s not working at all. It’s full charge but its doesn’t have any spark or electricity . I sent an email but no one responding with my request.

I expected the product to take a long time to arrive and I was very pleasantly surprised when I received it within a few weeks of ordering. I love the guidebook which was emailed to me for download the very next day after I received the Dermavel. The guidebook is very easy to understand. I'm excited to start using Dermavel on some blemishes I have. I expect nothing but great things from this product.

1. Dermavel pays their customers $50 to leave a positive review. 2. They charged me $60 to return the product. Shady business practices for a cheap product.

As an update to my recent post of couple hours ago, entitled Buyer Beware, I received correspondence from a service rep from the company and they helped me out and brought full resolution.
