This took a very long time to arrive I ordered 2 different products and received something entirely different. The only info on the box and the bottle says Dermal Concentrate. No list of ingredients! Very simple instructions. No return address. It could be corn oil for all I know. My skin is very dry so I might give it a try and can always take another shower. Buy something you know, not this!!
I ordered the Actinic Keratosis Correcting Body Oil on August 7 for $38.90. The product page promised a 90-day money-back guarantee, full refund for any reason, no questions asked. The oil arrived with a fragrance not disclosed in the ingredient list.
I requested a refund under their guarantee. They refused 3 times in writing. First they offered 10%, then 40%, while I keep the product. Then they said a full refund requires mailing the unopened bottle to a warehouse in Yiwu, China at my expense. Their guarantee tells you to use the oil daily for 90 days. Their return policy demands it unopened. The 2 policies cancel each other out. No refund path exists by design.
The order also enrolled me in a monthly subscription. They refused to cancel it twice, claiming their policy requires 1 more billing first. Federal rules require cancellation to be as easy as signup. I had to revoke authorization through my bank and get a new card.
