Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought 2 Demoia shower filters. One broke off after 2 months of service. Looks like a defective housing. Have called and written customer service for over a week now and no response. Can never get anyone on the phone or to call me back. Avoid using this company. I am very unsatisfied.

I have previously ordered from Dermoi twice and was very pleased with both the service and the products, which is why I placed another order for two PCA Skin retinol creams. I received the order on 7th February and immediately contacted customer service to request a replacement, as the expiry dates on the creams were only two and three months away.
For a retinol product, one that must be introduced gradually and is not used daily, this is an unreasonably short shelf life. I also provided clear photos of the products showing the expiry dates.
Despite contacting them straight away, I have still not received any response. It is unacceptable to sell such expensive creams with such short expiry dates, especially at £84 per cream. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service on this occasion.

I am extremely disappointed with Dermoi’s customer service regarding my recent orders.
Order 631017 – I have received the Catalyst Repair, however the Replenish product from this order has not been delivered.
Order 613557 – I have received the Catalyst Repair, but I am still waiting for the Peptide Sprays and Replenish from this order.
I have had to repeatedly chase updates on these delays, when I should be proactively informed by customer service. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for outstanding items with no clear communication or resolution.
This situation is very upsetting and unprofessional hence why I’m now complaing and warning customers via trust pilot

I have ordered osmosis from the dermoi website multiple times now and they also have some good flash sales when i try and stock up. Items are always received with a couple of days.
