I used this company for a house purchase inspection snd paid for the premium option
Got tge report all good. Moved in 4 weeks later to find the safety fence around the SPA has never been fitted correctly the fence has just been pushed in place with no screws to hold it and the post have not been secured to the floor.
After speaking to Descom I was told they only have a 10 day complaint policy LOL.
After a few calls and emails they agreed to a 20% refund but still argued it was not there fault and they done there job correctly.
