I'm very happy so far with the service I've received from Deseinstien. My rep Ben is excellent, he follows up with me almost daily without me having to hunt anyone down, and he is very fun and nice. Other companies will abandon you after payment, this is not at all how I feel working with these folks! The company is affordable, and its service and products exceed my expectations. Will likely continue doing business with them.

We paid £580 for a animation video which never got completed and lost all the money as they refused to give it back

Their portfolio was also false, they were using other creators work as their own

Initially I started our design journey with Adrian but due to unforeseen circumstances Adrian left us. However he and Amanda made sure the transition from one colleague to another run smoothly ending in us getting our unique design. We also received some complementary stationery along the way with the editing all finalised by DesignStein Studios.

Quick and efficient process from start to finish!

As soon as I visited the website I was contacted via the online chat. I explained what I needed and everything was organised and paid for through the chat. Then I was contacted within the hour to finalise ideas, receiving the logo files the next day. Highly recommend this service as they provided exactly what we needed in minimal time!

First time that I have worked with a design company and enjoyed working with the lovely Amanda, she surely added value to my final design. She was professional, experienced and took all my ideas into consideration.
