Service Department is worthless. In September I took Ram pick-up in for standard oil/filter, tire rotation, and diagnosis of shock oil leak and exhaust manifold ticking. Service writer was James Cruz. Kept my truck 5 days and didn't do any service. Diagnosed shock needed replacing and exhaust manifold would be replaced under warranty. Told me parts ordered but would take 2 months, and come pick up truck. No work done at all in 5 days, no paperwork and no charge. It has been 3 months with no contact. Numerous messages left for service advisor James Cruz with no return calls. Wrote email to service mgr. and no response. Then found out James Cruz closed out work order as if work was done and reported work completed to RAM warranty.
