This company is only good for logo designs. I got a great logo from them and decided to continue some other graphic design work with them. It’s been 3 months, they’ve taken my money and I have no work to show for it.
My branding hasn’t been updated, because they haven’t sent me anything!
They can’t make decisions on their own, I have to repeat myself on what I’m after AND I’ve had to spoon feed ideas when I’m not a designer.
All I wanted was a branding kit, which I was able to provide samples for, but no work is being done.
I’m not happy and now I’m seeking compensation for my money back.

Excellent!!! I was unsure at first dealing with an unknown entity online, however, after liaising with Adam & Mark from Design Advisors, I found them transparent and timely with their correspondence. They recreated our old, blurry Jiu-Jitsu club logo. I'd definitely recommend them.

In my experience, the team was highly supportive and exhibited a clear and prompt approach to addressing my requests. While I acknowledge that certain requests may require additional time, I do expect that once a deadline is agreed upon, it will be adhered to or communicated proactively if there are any potential delays. Nonetheless, I am pleased with the overall service received and feel satisfied with the outcome.

The team at design advisors made me a logo within days. The work was to a high standard and they stayed in touch with me during the design process to make sure I was completely satisfied with the result. Amazing work!! I was so happy with the result!!

I had an awesome outcome with the guidance and support from Design Advisors. Very easy to deal with and I will be happily using them again in the future.

Easy to work with, quick delivery, despite my multiple request for amendments. Would recommend to anyone.

Very fast and easy process - straight forward concept

Dealing with staff via what’s app. Is annoying they don’t comprehend 80% of the time what you are trying to explain to them. Sick of getting asked to upgrade service when they can’t even get what I first signed up for this is ridiculous the staff. Take 4-5 days to answer a simple question if they answer at all
Get told I will ask the team. What a joke

They implemented my feedback well and I walked away with a design I was happy with.

They are very supportive and quick. Knows what do i need I’m so happy with their service. I would like to work with them over and over.
