Dollar Deal Disappointment
It used to be great when the dollar deals were available twice in same week so that most time zones were accommodated, now with only 1 available I've noticed it will only benefit the Northern Hemisphere, so now, unless I get pushed into taking on plus membership, I can no longer participate.

Like the idea that Design Bundles…
Like the idea that Design Bundles offers free graphics as well as lots of discounted items. I review the YouTube videos often for tips and tricks and sometimes just to learn how to do something. Don’t understand why I earn credits if I can’t use them because I’m not a plus member? Otherwise when I’m looking for a specific graphic my first go to is Design Bundles! Refuse to be a Facebook user so I don’t like always being referred to Facebook for something or miss out!
Two days after posting this review Customer Service replied with an answer how to use my credits, now THATS Customer Service! Thank you!

Great choice, great price
Apart from a small hiccup at the beginning, we've used Design Bundles to help with our business growth. I had just one Issue and it was resolved very quickly. There are many items/bundles to choose from and at great prices. I like the fact that (unlike some other sites) there isn't any copyright material, i.e. Disney being passed off as their own (which could have detrimental legal issues to small businesses like ours.) I love the Freebie Friday. Another good feature is that the designs are in various extensions, i.e. eps, jpeg, png

More Aussie designs
Love how you continually bring new designs into your system. Always interesting to view your site and take advantage of the special files on sale. Only issue I have is that in Australia we call our Mother, mum and not mom or momma as is seems to be on your site. Is there a way these files can be changed so that we can change the spelling? Also would like to see more Aussie designs become available.

Great designs
Great designs, easy to use in both Cricut design space and other digital media. Fast delivery, easy to pay and multiple downloads when you forgotten where you stored the designs. I love the products and they are easy to use. The one complaint that I have is I had to drop for a bit and it dropping my membership My unused credits went away for my points. I had somewhere around 80. in my eyes, it should have stayed in my account since I had not used them all as a member.
