Absolute scam. Stay clear, do not use these guys.

Absolute scam. Requested a 'sample' cap to be sent so I could check it would work, before committing to a design. Said they had sent it, never arrived, requested a refund, said it'd take 10-14 days to reappear in my bank. Never arrived, and zero responses to emails since. Glad it was only £24 I lost and not £100s. STAY WELL CLEAR, ANYONE.

Awful service and possibly a scam…

Awful service and possibly a scam business, took my money sent design then made out order had been dispatched then nothing. wont reply to emails and no refund. Im owed over £300.00. Stay away from this company & the owner

BE CAREFUL

If you are thinking of using this company be very careful. After taking months to deliver sample and product endured terrible coms from them, when I did get my 100 hats they were in the colour that I had clearly told them in writing that was not suitable following the receipt of the sample. They are refusing to help and say that was the closest colour match they had to the Pantone I supplied. But I had told them no!!!! I'm now £1,500 down no hats and no where to go but legal. What a joke.

Warning: Dodgy Business That Lies and Ghosts Customers

We ordered caps for a National Championships tournament starting on October 20th. Because of minimum order requirements to get them in time, we had to place a larger order, which meant cancelling the first batch (and expecting a refund) before making a new, bigger order.

Despite repeated follow-ups during the week of the tournament, updates were extremely limited. The day before the event, we were told the caps had arrived to them too late but that they’d try to have someone drive them to the tournament. Soon after, that story changed. Suddenly the caps were still in customs. From that point, all communication stopped completely. The tournament came and went, and our youth baseball team had no hats.

Even after the event, they ignored every attempt to contact them, and the refund for the cancelled order still hadn’t been issued. Weeks went by with no response, until members of our club noticed they were still active on social media. Only after we called them out for posting online while ignoring customers did they finally reply. It took strong pressure and threats of formal action before they finally did their job, processed the refund and delivered the caps - a full month AFTER the original deadline.

This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Their excuses about “staff being away” seem to be a recurring theme in other reviews too. Based on our experience, they are disorganised, evasive, dodgy and do not act in the customer’s best interest. We would strongly advise avoiding them.

Custom hats

edited as order has now been fulfilled, there had been some lost communication via email, this has now been resolved. I will likely return again as a customer

Horrid Customer Support

Not only was my order not as expected based on the company's website, all of the burden was placed on me as the customer when contacting the company to solve the problem. Customer service focuses more on deflecting than solving problems, with zero apologies along the way. Save yourself the burden. I have found many other providers that can provide equally or better quality, at lower prices, whom value their customers. Look elsewhere.

Design by Creative is a play time operation

I first ordered a quanity of 3D printed hats in May from this "business", they took ages to arrive but I gave them space as a growing business. The quality was good if a little expensive so I re-ordered knowing they would take longer than I might like to arrive and I am happy paying for quality IF I GET IT. This order was for an event at the begining of October 2024 and was ordered on the 14th August. After hearing nothing at all in August I chased Design by Creative and they said they had lost my design but no one had contacted me. A few weeks of half hearted emails from them followed but no actual action and now I was on my dead line for the order, so I phoned them, but no answer. So I cancelled the order which they told me via WhatsApp could not process straight away because they were ALL on holiday! On their return I chased them up and was told I was being refunded which would take 7 to 14 days. Nothing happend after 2 weesk so I followed up again. Lots of excuses and another promise of paying straight to my bank but still nothing, that was over a week ago, so here we are. Design By Creative is clearly a "play time business" run by dreamers or scammers, I don't know which but its one of them and certainly not a professional operation where anyone should be sending them money.

Quick turnaround and superb quality

The team were quick to respond to my questions and provided me great ideas on what would look best on the hats. I was aware the lead time was 5 weeks and they arrived within 4 weeks. To say i'm over the moon with the results is an understatement - the quality was amazing and the quality of 3D puff was on point. Have already placed another order for 200 hats.

Order not received, hostile customer service

Placed an order and 6 weeks later had not received it. Owner did not initially respond to emails / phone calls (took multiple attempts).

The owner, Charlie, is outright hostile in her approach to customer service - it's genuinely bizarre. After some back and forth it was agreed that a refund request had been forwarded to the 'accounts department'* and would be processed within 3-5 days. 12 days later and it's still not been received. I am still trying to get my money back as of time of writing.

* Accounts Department may be a rather grandiose term, considering Companies House lists this business as having a single employee in their latest filing.

A real shame, as the actual product looks good, but the owner appears to have atrocious admn / customer service skills.
