I don't know if they are still open but do not use! They stopped my project after a few emails and did not give me a refund of the almost $1,000 I spent. After filing a dispute with my credit card they provided visa with a terrible storyboard with info that I never saw and visa did not honor the dispute. I lost $1000, DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY.

Recently, exploring website solution designers/providers, I unwisely chose Design Carvers to provide me with website design and prepaid hosting services. Later in the process, I began to discover only a ‘supposed company’ that is ran by who knows. My latest experience with them was my ‘supposed company’ contact trying to upsell me on services that I declined at the time; this before the website development was even finished. Not long thereafter, they cutoff communications. Since then, I’ve been completely shut out. So, my goal is to advertise this threat on its face and expose this fraudulent entity for what it is…a FRAUD! Under no circumstances should anyone look to this ‘supposed company’ for solutions or services of any kind. I would posit that the other positive reviews regarding this site are completely fabricated by Design Carvers, as they are absolutely contrary to my experience. BEWARE!
