Amazing experience at the Design Centre! Both my mum and I wanted a ring and Tina and the rest of the staff were so helpful. Wonderful service!

Had been looking for an Onyx ring for my partner's birthday that was coming later on in the year. I had been looking around for months and even online for a nice design. My birthday is coming up shortly and my partner wanted to buy me a piece of jewellery so whilst at the Jewellery Quarter I took the opportunity to look for a gift for him too. We both didn't see anything we particularly liked so decided to go back to the car and try again the following day. On the way to the car we popped into this shop. We were warmly greeted and asked how they can help. Partner taken aback when I stated I'm looking for a man's onyx ring. Tina immediately showed us what she had and yes I spotted the perfect gift. My partner was reluctant to try it on as he was insisting he wanted to buy me a birthday gift. I insisted I've been looking for months and at least he should try it on. It fitted and looked so lovely on him. Yes, definitely the one. Tina stated there was a 50% sale that day. I couldn't help but get it. He was bemused but lightened up when I suggested he keep it on. Of course he loved it. Thank you Tina for your patience and exemplary service. I saved alot of money too. Excellent and well worth a visit.

Bought an engagement ring from here and felt very relaxed and reassured by the guys there and especially Gemma who served me. Thank you for making it so easy.

From having an appointment next door which was closed 😔 the guy in Design Centre was advising people it was free parking so starting chatting and went in to have a look around. Absolutely fabulous service and came away not only with an engagement ring but our wedding ring.

The design centre is a fantastic place with so much choice and the staff are so helpful and polite- nothing is too much trouble.
I have purchased rings and also earrings & a watch from them and customer service is amazing.

Me and my fiancé visited the jewellery quarter to shop for wedding rings. After going in to some shops we came across Design Centre where we met Tina who was very helpful and found us both the perfect rings.

We was grateful with it being very close to closing time on a Friday! A lovely shop with excellent customer service, thanks a lot Tina!

After looking at other shops, my Husband and I came across The Design Centre where we we impressed from the moment we walked in and were greeted by the lovely and friendly Tina. My Husband wanted to buy me a Ring for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We were thinking of white gold or platinum with diamonds but we didnt really know which design. With Tina's help and expertise we decided on the platinum ring. Their choice of rings and quality were outstanding and it wasnt long before we chose a beautiful platinum and diamond ring. It was then we met Dave who was friendly and professional and as like Tina made us feel completly at ease and special. Dave offered to size the ring that day but we were in no hurry and decided to collect the following week. The Design Centre is exceptional with high class jewellery and first class staff. Thank you Tina and Dave.

Came into the store on a Saturday and was warmly welcomed by Tina and the team. Tina took her time to walk my partner and I through options and sizing, providing amazing service (and patience). We bought a gorgeous 18ct diamond ring, at a great price. Thank you Tina!

We were looking for a 40th birthday present for my daughter when we entered the design centre. We were approached and welcomed by a very friendly sale assistant who explained the pricing of the different jewellery we were looking at. It was a very relaxing environment no one trying to push us to purchase any items, just a very knowledgeable assistant we did purchase exactly the present we wanted at a very reasonable price they also put the jewellery into a lovely presentable box and bag.

We were looking for that perfect engagement ring just for us. After going to a few shops and feeling disappointed we popped into the Design Center and what a difference. A lovely lady called Gemma asked me what I was looking for. It felt so personal and I was made to feel special. No hard sell and the service was 100%. I found my perfect ring and It only took a week to get the ring sized. Absolutely an amazing little shop with top class jewelry. Could not recommend enough.

Dropped in Thursday with a broken ring and lost diamonds, the service was fantastic, they said they would try to repair or replace it. Two days later a new ring arrived in the post.
How could anyone ask for any better service.

Amazing service from Gemma and Ella, they made me feel really welcome without a hard sell approach. They gave me lots of advice and worked within my modest budget allowing me to buy the most beautiful engagement ring, and she said Yes! I was a little nervous and clueless and they helped and guided me through the whole process.

If I could rate higher I would! We had such a great experience. We brought our wedding rings and some wedding jewellery and the team in there were amazing! Daksha especially made us feel so comfortable and was so helpful and patient with us. There didn’t feel like any pressure to buy and it was the only shop we felt comfortable in. We went to so many others and this was by far the best especially their customer service. Would totally recommend. We left very happy! The team, customer services and place was unmatched ☺️

Tina made us feel very comfortable and provided excellent advice whilst helping us choose our wedding bands. We didn’t feel pressured like we did in other jewellers on the day and we are very grateful for the kind and personal service provided.

I had a wonderful visit at the design centre. Out of all the shops I visited it was the only one I felt comfortable in. Gemma and the staff were kind, thoughtful and helpful. There was genuine care and conversation and no pressure. They helped me find some jewellery I really loved after inheriting a little money from my mum and I would not hesitate to go back.
