I would give less than 1 star if I could. Complete scam. Do not ever use this company. Makes sense they are now out of business. Very unprofessional people to begin with and the worst company I have ever worked with in my entire life, personally and professionally.

They are no longer in business, SCAM SCAM SCAM, we are now without a website, if they come back do not use them

What's worse is that they didn't meet the deadline, and I had to follow up multiple times to get any updates.

They are a total scam. Will try to get more money from you. Trust me do not believe them when they say they will give you a custom package in the end, they will ask you for more money to get the final files.

These guys are scammers. They are spread out across Pakistan. They are not an American company, they are individuals overseas scamming Americans out of there money. I started with them in January until the first of September. Can't reach anyone, website incomplete, no customer service, just an all around scam.

I wish I could give Design Craftic less than one star. My experience with Jake, David, Elli, and Sofia was nothing short of a nightmare. They took my money upfront and utterly failed to deliver the project as promised.

The content they produced was amateurish, with no clear strategy or flow. When I requested revisions, they offered no meaningful improvements and instead shifted the blame onto me, expecting me to fix their mess. Despite my patience and effort over several months, the situation only worsened.

Just when I thought the ordeal was over, they attempted to squeeze even more money out of me by insisting I host the website on their server, claiming that other popular servers wouldn’t support their files. This was a blatant lie and a clear attempt at extortion.

Frustrated, I turned to another vendor, who completed the entire project in just five days, proving that Design Craftic’s incompetence was inexcusable. Save yourself the headache—invest in a reputable company that values integrity and professionalism.

Overall, my experience with Design Craftic was an absolute disaster. I strongly advise anyone considering them to stay far away.

Just wanted to add that they had never been professional and punctual. They agreed to the meeting time but either always late, or never show up but only half-heartedly apologized for the absence afterward. Again, it is a bait-n-switch company. Don't take the bait and you WILL regret it. Find a local American company who has the track record that does the solid website for you. It would be a much safer bet, than go with this cheap bait (initially) but untrustworthy company.

This "company" is a scam. Do not believe what they are trying to sell you. I asked for examples of websites that they have designed and when I called those companies to confirm, none of the had ever heard of Design Craftic. When I asked for a refund they said they would refund my money100% and then sent me a fake 'receipt'. I am still waiting for my refund. When I try to call them, their phone has now been disconnected. Do not trust these scammers.

The company was quick to help me get started and choose what options I needed. After that we were off to getting an idea for a logo and I was assigned someone who specializes with making logos for my type of business. Ellie was super fast to get a few designs over and we picked one and went from there. She sent a lot of different variants and I gave her a lot of keep this change that but she was glad to edit it and get it back to me in a timely manner. I am super satisfied with the support she gave me and the product she produced for me. A great company and a great individual thank you Ellie!!!
