I had a query about accessing a live event replay and Fran was so quick to respond, not just with the answer to my question, but provided lots of additional help and information too. She was so approachable and extremely polite. Great content in the free events too! Thank you Design Cuts!

Great website and my preferred go to for digital art resources and tutorials. They provide lots of free live sessions and tutorials delivered by talented artists. Product prices are reasonable, with bundle options offering significant discounts. A great community is also available, where members can share their work, ask for feedback, and interact with artists. I love Design Cuts! They have all I need. The prices are great with a free extended license. The platform is clean and uncluttered, well-curated with quality products, easy to navigate, with helpful, kind and responsive customer service. They are my go to store and I visit them several times a day! I always wait for their bundles. Their live sessions are phenomenal! The community hub is great with competitions.

I've been using Design Cuts as one of my sources for professional CU graphics for several years now. They offer fonts and courses as well as (and I quote:) "Backgrounds, Objects, Icons. Illustrations, Infographics, Motion Graphics, Patterns, Photos, Scrapbooking, and Textures". File formats work with the premiere Adobe suite of products, plus more and more Affinity and Procreate items are being offered. There are a lot of promotional emails, but you can customize their focus and frequency - and whatever AI picks suggestions for 'Products You Might Like' is pretty good at figuring out your taste based on past purchases (*cough* vintage *cough).
The Bundles offered very frequently are amazing value, generously stocked and an attractive variety - for example, a recent bundle purchase contained 'Homemade Christmas Aesthetics' and 'The Vintage Lover’s Timeless Winter Collection' (along with about ten other products) both of which would have been well worth the bundle price all on their own. I accidentally bought one particularly attractive package twice, about two weeks apart, and upon noticing my error and contacting customer service, I was immediately refunded the second purchase with no difficulty whatsoever. Every communication has been pleasant and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Design Cuts to other graphic designers, artists, art journallers, or scrapbookers.

Design Cuts is a wonderful resource for artists in the digital world. They have an abundance of resources as well as teachings and a community who share their creations and help inspire others. I attended a teaching that was FREE! It's well worth checking them out.

Super quick assistance from DesignCuts. A Print on Demand company which I use blocked an item of mine that is using elements from a package I purchased last year from DesignCuts. No idea why that POD company flagged my item since it has been on my commerce site since 2022. I reached out to DesignCuts and triple-confirmed my understanding of the extended license for the package I purchased and was assured that I was in the clear. They provided me a link to their licensing site which I provided to the POD company and the POD company removed the block on my item. Very pleased with DesignCuts' responsiveness and concern.

Adorable graphic elements and great customer support. I reached out to them as I had a problem downloading the zip files. The response time was quick and gave me the solution I needed to resolve my issue.

I've have had the wonderful experience of using Design Cuts since 6/2016 and I can honestly say that I have never had a single negative issue or problem with them. They are extremely generous and that has been a blessing to me throughout the years! Their products, their Designers, along with their presentation and excellent customer support far surpasses 5 stars! I also appreciate how organized they are along with their recent upgrade of their website in August; made everything so much quicker and efficient. Along with the personal touch of reaching out to their customers personally; they seem to put you, the consumer, first. Their use of Trustpilot seems very secure & adequate giving me peace of mind that they are doing their best to keep your information safe. When I see the name Trustpilot anywhere online, I know that I’m going to be covered as best as possible wherever they are used! I wish more online sites used them.

Designs Cuts has been my go-to for all my graphic design needs for many years now. Their customer service is 5-star and always has been. Whenever I ask Fran a question she responds with such a warm, professional manner. It's also important that I have a complete understanding of licensing policies and she always explains it in a non-confusing way. Design Cuts is one of the very few design newsletters I am subscribed to as I never want to miss the wide range of assets that come available.

This is my favorite website for purchasing Procreate brushes. They have a very large selection that's always being added too. They have very good sales frequently. Infact there's a daily discount always available if you're gonna buy more than one thing you'll get a good discount. And the customer service is excellent. Any problem I've had, Fran's been able to solve for me right way without any extra stress. I highly recommend Design Cuts.
