Extremely frivolous company. I paid for a 3D image and they never gave me the option to download it to use it. No one answers messages. I am completely disappointed

If I could give this company zero stars I would.

It was lie after lie with them, I was told the order had been posted but DPD lost it, they couldn’t or wouldn’t provide any proof of postage, I was told it was going to be remade and sent and still didn’t receive anything.

After the boss saying he has unreliable staff, I asked for a refund to which he said yes but never sent.

After dodging my calls and texts and fed up of waiting i took further action.

Save your money and your time and stay away from this company, they have horrendous customer service, and just don’t care.

We ordered 5 canvas' for family off design dudes and were really impressed by the quality of the product and the speed that they were done from start to finish. Excellent service from Kyle. We were so impressed we ordered a further 2 with the same results as the first time. Would highly recommend.
