Such a bad experience
Such a bad experience. Got a different product as the one I ordered is out of stock, wothout even consulting me. Had a worst experience returning it and getting the money back.

A responsible customer care
The team has been very polite and has gone out of it's way to re-correct any errors in shipment.
All in all, I am happy with the product and the co-operation from Designer Mart that they enquired into the problem over a call within 1 hour of my claim and agreed to arrange a pick up right the next day.
