Ordered a dog collar on 15/12/24 and after 2 email contacts and trying to access info on Instagram as website gives you 2 areas in which to contact them designer4dogs or Instagram @designer4dogsofficial
We still have not to date 6/1/25 still not received our goods . We also have not had any communication from the company whatsoever . We now feel this is a scam and we are in the process of recovering our monies ! Do not order from this company !

“Update” after no communication we received our £60 back 17/1/25 . But would never give this company another chance due to the terrible customer service .

I have orderd a jacket for my dog 45 days ago.
I have sent 15 emails.
No feedback.
No jacket.
I don’t know where my order is and my money is gone.
This is a scam, if somebody wants proof, I will send screenshoots of my emails.

I ordered something on May 16th of 2024 for my daughters service dog because she is the best pup ever. I still haven't received the items. This is 1000% unacceptable. This company is a scam or extremely extremely unreliable. I would have spent so much money with them and they have lost a customer for the neglect shown to my order.

Ordered a dog collar, but never received any..

This website and company is nothing short of fraudulent. I made a purchase over a month ago and did not recieve any updates closer to delivery. When checking my order it’s says awaiting fulfilment. I had used the ‘live chat’ worship stated ‘instant responses’ and a month later have yet to recieve a ‘quick’ reply. I have emailed, messaged, live chat and nothing.

There is not customer service number at all. Very dodgy!! Do not buy anything from here because then getting your money back is the longest battle. You’ll have to report it to your bank!

I made an order on January and its March now and it still did not arrive. Do not order from the website

Placed an order a month ago, no item, no email and not replying to queries. Reporting to trading standards.

Still not received my ordered which was placed a month ago. Have tried contacting them by email, instagram and the website messages, still no reply.

I haven’t received my product and I’ve tried to reach out on website and Instagram. I’m not sure if there is a delay or how to receive my product in time. Can someone please respond soon?

I placed an order 28th May and i have still not received it and it's now nearly 4 weeks. I sent an email and messaged them through Instagram and had no reply on either. And I 100% did not order through designer dog clothing!!!

I ordered a jumper in March. Still not had it and its May. can't get hold of anyone as the site has been under maintenance for over a month...literally don't know what to do as I go no confirmation email they just took my money!!!

I would give zero starts if I could! Took ages to arrive & then
Clothes way smaller than website says & a dog harness with parts missing,metal studs with sharp pieces next to the dog.ive emailed filled in a form on there website ,no reply! im having to dispute through my bank to try & get my £107 pounds back😡
They are cheap Chinese knock offs from a Chinese site 😡 wish I had read the other reviews on here first ! lesson learnt !

I mistakingly wrote a bad review for this company. The review was meant for 'Designer Dog Clothing'and others may have done the same. This company Designer4Dogs could not have been more helpful in unpicking what has happened. I would avoid DESIGNER DOG CLOTHING who are a shockingly bad company! Happy to take your money but not supply the goods!

Received this afternoon a very nice fluffy chewy Vuitton Dog bed . I will probably order a second one .

Still haven’t received my jumpers and they are saying it has been delivered, ridiculous customer service never been so appalled.
I placed this order on the 2nd of February would never buy from here

I ordered a hoodie and coat on Boxing Day for my puppy still waiting for it on the 25th of feb.
Sent emails did get an answer back with some laughable excuse I have sent another email with no response.
All I can say is don’t waste your money.
