The guys that install the floors where very friendly. They included in everything. they worked fast and the end result was fantastic. Even the sale rep that help me match the floor was great I worried at first but he knows his stuff. I would recommend this company and I would use them in the near future

We chose Designer's Carpet One on the recommendation of an insurance company following a flood in our basement laundry room last year. We were so impressed with the workmanship and project management that we went to them when we decided to have hardwood floors installed throughout our upstairs and down the stairway. Once again, every aspect of the project was extremely well managed by Thomas, who went out of his way to ensure that the work was completed before Christmas. The installers were very friendly, pleasant to have in our house for the 4 days that the job took, and helpful and cheerfully did a number of extras (such as installing baseboard in a small room that wasn't part of the project) that made our lives easier. The workmanship throughout was impeccable and the installers did an excellent job of sealing off our closets to protect our belongings from the dust. We would gladly recommend Designer's Carpet One to anyone for a large or small job..

We are so thrilled with our new heated porcelain tile floor in our kitchen, thanks to Peter, Mark and Bart. Their attention to detail cutting around door frames and appliances is the highest standard we have ever seen. The whole experience was top notch from start to finish. Thought the team was very neat and tidy with the floor removal and install was essentially perfect. Most pleasing, after the appliance guys scratched the floor, Designers came back to replace the scratched planks and with no complaints. Keep up the great work!

Received the best help in choosing and matching our flooring. It was ordered and installed within
a week. The installer was very conscientious, and was finished in four hours. There was virtually no
mess as he cleaned at each stage of the installation. A very polite and punctual young man.
I have used Designer Carpet before and they would always be my first choice.
Very professional and amicable people, would definitely recommend them to anyone.
