If i could give this no stars at all i would. This company was recommended on a Canada Goose Facebook Group Page by a few people for Canada Goose jackets so here is the story:

I told the owner that I wanted 2 Canada Goose jackets, the rosedale and the chilliwack, the owner tells me to message him on WhatsApp so i did, showed me all the photos of the jackets, was happy with it at the time and paid him with bank transfer but i found it weird how he asked me if i wanted to pay by bank transfer, Revoult, Gift Card or Crypto.

Now this is where it gets interesting with delivery because he said to me that it was meant to be delivered by DHL or UPS.

Next day he sends me a tracking number with a company called Cargo Path Logistics which i have never heard of in my life, I got a WhatsApp message from them and a email telling me that I had to pay for insurance fee and a sanitary fee which i did at the time as i was so excited to get these Canada Goose jackets but at the same time i found that very strange that i had to pay for these although he is a UK company. Once paid for, the tracking said it was meant to shipped out for delivery by Royal Mail and all the sudden they wanted a stamp fee of £215 and the carrier asked if i wanted to do bank transfer or pay by gift cards which again i found very strange, luckily when i was about to do the transfer my bank app actually stopped me from doing this and told me to call them ASAP as they noticed that this was a 100% scam by the owner and the carrier because of reference names they told me to give out when doing bank transfers.

Then the carrier is trying to charge me a fee because this so called parcel is abandoned as i won't going to pay £215 for the stamp fee, also when telling the owner about the situation with the carrier he said to me that this is normal which i didn't find normal and he saying he is so stressed about this etc, the owner said that he spoke to the carrier and when asking him for proof of messages he got very funny with me for no reason.

Delivery companies don't ask if someone wants to do a bank transfer, use gift cards or crypto.

i see this had happened to 3 people, one from the 27th of December 2024 and 2 from 5th of January 2025

OVERALL 100% COMPLETE SCAM WOULD ADVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Complete scam! I received no jacket and am now in a dispute with my credit card provider to try and get my money back. I have done a full report to Action Fraud UK who are now also investigating this fraudulent company.

Worst company ever bought from, my brother bought a coat sent the money over then 2 days later was asked to pay £250 insurance that he would apparently get back? A day later another £100 for customs then 2 days later another £150 which he then refused as he was clearly getting scammed! Never got the coat but luckily managed to get money back through the bank!
Do not buy from this company complete scam!

I have been trying to get in contact with this company for over 4 weeks now to make an exchange. I received my coat on 27th January and have been trying to contact the company through email, instagram and phone calls. I have had one reply asking what coat I want to swap it for in January and not heard since.

Dshack did my legit check on my canada goose whyndham and was super fast responding and gave me details on there opinion very good service.

Great coat and as described. Excellent customer service from the initial enquiry up to receiving the coat the following day.
Great communication throughout the process.
Will definitely purchase again.

I’m always dubious about using new sites for purchases but was very impressed with DShack.

After contacting them through their IG page they sent me photos and videos of the Canada Goose coat I wanted.

Purchasing was safe and easy; delivery was next day and the coat was exactly as expected. Would recommend to anyone.

These coats man...the best. Easily the best way to get clean, quality Canada Goose second hand. Clearly takes good care of the coats and gets them sent out quick. Highly recommend!
