I bought the Byobu mural wallpaper which I love and was very pleased with it. A small problem which was beyond Designer Wallpaper's control was immediately dealt with and I'm very happy with the service and care I received in solving the issue. Free next day delivery is provided - which a lot of other suppliers do not do. Overall a very good experience with Designer Wallpapers.

There was a small delay with my wallpaper but I was contacted by the company and asked if I still wanted it or a refund. I didn't have to wait long and am grateful they were honest and open with me. Excellent service.

Very happy with my experience of both my purchases from Designer Wallpapers, the latest of which was delivered today.
Both lots were sent out for delivery immediately and that was the same experience when I originally ordered the samples. I found Designer Wallpapers to be far more responsive than other wallpaper companies online. On my latest delivery they were actually let down by Fed X who had the wallpaper but did not deliver it on the day they quoted (Friday) and therefore it was delivered after the weekend, otherwise it would have been next day delivery.
Best of all they have a telephone number and a human (Paul) who cares at the other end. I would recommend and would definitely purchase from Designer Wallpapers again.

Delivery was promised soon but takes ages…
When I ordered I was told the delivery would take only a couple of days. I made my arrangements. After a week or so I got the information the wallpaper would be out of stock, it would take another 3-4 weeks for delivery. I am still waiting for it.
