Had an amazing experience talking to Mark from Design Eternal. Very helpful, so genuine and kind. He explained everything to me. I definitely recommend working with them.

We had a very involved and graphically challenging re-work job on our website, basically rebuilding from scratch and migrating to a better platform. From the beginning the Designeternal team were proactive, communicative and most of all patient in dealing with all these challenges. My project manager for this was Mr Ryan Harris, he and the team were by-and-on our side from the beginning! Great service, great result and I would heartily recommend them.

Update 08-Jan-2025: We are now using the Designeternal team for our SEO fine tuning - again the team are working closely with us, it really is a one-stop-shop in terms of they take care of all aspects of your web design and marketing prowess. Well done again!

I recently collaborated with Design Eternal to develop a website for my business, and I am thrilled with the outcome. From the initial consultation to the final handover, the entire experience was smooth and highly professional.

David, my primary contact, was outstanding. He offered clear and insightful direction, ensuring that all my requirements were fulfilled. His expertise and vision made the process easy and stress-free.

I opted for their one-time combo package, which provided a complete branding solution. This package included everything I needed, from website design to comprehensive branding.

Despite being based in the UK, the team was extremely responsive. There was no delay in communication, and they were always available via calls and WhatsApp, providing daily updates and keeping me informed.

He carefully listened to my requirements and ensured that every detail was meticulously addressed.

Mark's team at Design Eternal showcased a high level of expertise and creativity. They transformed my vision into a stunning and functional website that exceeded my expectations. The design is not only visually appealing but also user-friendly, which has significantly enhanced my online presence.

The project was completed on time and within budget, with clear communication and regular updates from Mark and his team. Their collaborative approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Their dedication, skill, and customer-focused attitude make them a standout choice in the industry.

This company are not based in Liverpool as stated. I got a quote from them recently which i had a friend review, he expressed surprise at how affordable the quote was and how quickly they could execute.

I was getting a bad feeling from "Mark" who was the guy I was dealing with there, so I requested that we set up a video call for me to meet the team. He agreed, but the invite never came. This is despite him being extremely communicative i the days prior. I also could not find him on LinkedIn so decided better to be safe and not part with my money.

I posted about my experience here, and at that point they resurfaced threatening legal action. It came from a guy called Tom Sawyer who I also couldn't find on LinkedIn. I tried to respond to the email and it ended up bouncing back!

So long story short these people are not who they say they are. Better to keep your money in your pocket.

P.S I think they write a lot of these reviews themselves and then when people do post bad reviews try and spook them with bogus legal action. Also the one negative review that was on here before they said was from a disgruntled former employee, so wanted to flag in case anyone reads this and they try and say the same thing about me.

Fred was very professional and the attention to detail and communication was second to none. Would highly recommend!

I admit to having been a nightmare customer for these guys because I don't understand Web sites at all. They have been professional and fair. Their growing edge is to explain their pricing properly from the start. I wish them every success in their business.
