Designhaus Ltd 

Absolute disgrace of a company, worked for them never got payed up and just completely ignored.

I have used this company to install a new conservatory roof. Roof looks fine, however we have noticed some leaking and have being trying to contact them for a while now. No-one answering phones or responding to emails. Does anyone have information of how to contact them? Is this company still in operation?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS DESIGNHAUS SHROPSHIRE LTD., the newly formed company CLIMATE ROOF SYSTEMS LTD. or any other they start up!
We are one of the several customers that have been ripped off by these con artists, being left with a job, that has been only partially carried with very poor workmanship, and with an unsafe property. Unprofessional and unethical, they have absolute no interest in coming back to customers calls and emails. They owe us a lot of money, they have now gone into liquidation and we made the claim to their liquidator who responded no payment will be made by the company in respect of our claim and the prospect of a dividend from the liquidation to unsecured creditors is very unlikely. Avoid doing business with these crooks, do not give them your money!
They formed the new company CLIMATE ROOF SYSTEMS LTD. (Company Number 14162141).

This company is totally unethical and unprofessional. The Salesman who sold the conservatory was unobtainable once we had signed on the dotted line and paid the deposit. Suppliers refused to deal with Designhaus due to their outstanding debts so had to pay suppliers direct which was a good thing in the end with the Director DS of Designhaus directing the build. When I refused to hand over any more money due to the poor workmanship and delay in the build, the Director became abusive and threatening, showed his true colours used abusive and foul language had to involve the police in the end no manners, no communication skills, I have saved all of the emails and photos as evidence. Today I have professional fitters who are completing the build and undoing the mess the fitters left behind. Horrendous workmanship by the fitters. but luckily I have professionals on the job now. Avoid the new company that has been set up Climate Roof Systems Limited, avoid doing business with these unprofessional crooks, do not give them your money.

My mother used this company for an extension to the back of her house. They told her that if she didn't pay very close to all of the fee up front she would lose her deposit. They subcontracted the work to labourers who turned up, spent half a day knocking over the dwarf wall in the garden and didn't complete any more work. Eventually they stopped answering the phone and have gone into liquidation and we are currently waiting to recover my mother's inheritance which looks extremely unlikely.
Don't use these untrustworthy people or any company associated with the director. It seems they are now threatening libel claims to anyone who dares review them negatively and reported my review for naming the director (NB his name is on a reply from Design Hause on another 1* review below)

This company has now pulled out of premises in Stourbridge Road,Bromsgrove, owner of garden centre told me today they owe him rent…… all computers removed and even their sign has been removed from front of premises…..
Strange that customers who are complaining are being wiped out …. Just put another review on

You have this the wrong way around.

In a defamation case it is you, not me that has to prove that what you have said is both true and fair. You are the accused not me. The libel is public, it is you who has to justify that the libel you have written is justified. I hope you can afford the same quality of lawyers that I can afford, otherwise you are facing a very expensive day in court.

OH My OH My the little man is still threatening folks . My review was not nearly as damaging as the ones that followed my review .But he was so threatening but I did not remove it .

Don't know where to start 😭 Terrible communication, broken promises they promise to call back but don't!!.
If I could give a 0 rating I would. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER THEY START UP!!
I was left with glass falling out of skylight, which could have fell & kill or seriously injured someone. It was so dangerous it was being held on by just the guttering, it makes me feel sick and anxious when I think of what could have happened!!
I've been left with no building reg's spoke to local Council they've never applied for it.

I too believe they have moved on to start a new company.
They should be a shamed off themselves hope they can sleep at night.

This company was and are a complete joke! They never get back to you, they lie and their workmanship is shocking!
I’m not surprised they have folded I only wish I knew this last week before giving them money!!
The fact they still took my money infuriates me coz now I have no way of getting the building regs, and guarantees against the work they completed and is faulty!

The directors of this company are crooks. They have taken us for £46,000 and left us high a dry with a part finished job, an unsecured property and even didn't bother to register with build insurance which was promised in writing. They are in the process of going into administration and none of the money supposedly given to pay suppliers has been used for this. None of the suppliers who we have contacted have received orders for our job and many have told me that Designhaus have been on stop with them for weeks for non payment of bills. It is probably too late to warn anyone now but just in case.

They completed the work but did not fulfil the contract and have now left us in a planning issue with no documentation to show the work has been completed to code.
They have refused to reply to emails or calls.
I have spoken to legal support but options are limited as they seem to be closing shop with address and phone numbers now removed from web.

We are awaiting communication from Designhaus for work required to fix the damages caused during our extension. No one will return calls or emails.

Significant damage has been caused during the work due to negligence.

Edit date 17/12/2022 in light of the response from Designhaus we have waited for the legal action and nothing has turned up. As an update their own insurance company agreed that the 'requisite skill and workmanship' was not used in the work conducted and have paid for the damage to the existing property. Still out of pocket for the shambolic work on the new installation. I very much look forward to seeing the libel case soon.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the with the tiled roof conversion to our conservatory.
The whole project was executed very efficiently by a team of well organised, friendly, and competent professionals.
We now have a very attractive ROOM to sit in, with year-round warmth and comfort.

Excellent process from the start. Work carried out was of an excellent standard with professional and polite company operatives. slight delay on two finishers for the front door however, Designhaus persevered to obtain the correct colour finishing strips and looks great. Very pleased

I had been thinking about replacing my conservatory roof for a long time but was worried about the mess and time it would take to complete. I shouldn’t have worried. I can not recommend this company enough. The communication was excellent. The workmen we incredibly professional and polite. They left my house each day clean and tidy. The standard of work was excellent and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you for my superb new roof and for making the entire experience amazing.

It is fair to say that the people from Designhaus have restored our faith in British tradesmen. We had sadly become used to poor service, broken promises and poor quality work. Well that is certainly not the case with Designhaus. The tradesmen to a man were all well presented, professional and polite to us both as customers. Thank you guys and for leaving the site so clean too. The back office were great too and a special mention to Holly for her support and assistance. We say well done Designhaus as we enjoy our new Garden Room with its Designhaus warm roof!
