I ordered a logo, got back a horrible computer generated logo and asked for some revisions or my money back. There website won't let me verify my email, they won't get back to me and won't refund my money. Very disappointed with DesignKago as I have used them once before and the service was fine. It appears they are failing fast. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

They couldn't come up with a logo that I like , so I asked for a refund because on their page it says they will give 100% refund if not happy. So its been over a week multiple messages and no reply. Funny thing is they sent me someone else's logo design today, shows me they are just ignoring me refund request

Worst experience ever
I got charged 8 times by 500$
Sent them proof they said they got hacked and i will get my money back
They return 2000$ and now not answering for the rest 2000. Probably we gonna have to deal this on court. Don’t provide them card info.

I got a logo from them for $50.00 a year ago. On April 28th they took $600.00 from my account for no reason. I had not used any services of them for over a year.

I paid them $50 to make me a design in January 2021, the design was good. But beware, I got charge by them again in April 2022 for $500 for unknown reason.

I love the lofi night pack! It is gorgeous and helps make my stream look so lovely and match my vibe entirely. This is a wonderful product, I would reccomend it to anyone 😄✨

Absolutely atrocious work. They have a slick approach and all kinds of happy words, but their work sucks.

I submitted my "own" logos which had been professionally created by graphic designers as ****inspiration**** for them to make their work easier and we could achieve a quality product.

The first iteration which I get was simply my own logos! Then, the second (actually the first) real attempt was so poor, so devoid of any artisitic capability, so lacking in anything worthwhile that I decided to terminate the work.

Of course. In fitting fashion, I get this reply that my refund is not "eligible" due to their "policies."

Now understand. I own a real estate company that makes alot of money. I am not trying to be cheap. I am not trying to be difficult. I just want the kind of work that they say they provide.

Do not use these people. They are hopelessly bad. And cannot speak anything but broken english to boot. I suppose that is fine. But give me a break people. I have better things to do with my time for $250.

Their services are perfect.

Failed to deliver as promised.
Also after weeks of not getting what was promised, i asked for a refund and they stopped all communication with me. They basically just stole my money..
