I entered into a contract to build my website and they asked me to pay 1/2 of the cost which is $1000. After a while, communicating with James, the person in charge of the project. They passed the deadline we agreeg on to finish the project an never heared from them. I tried to communicate with James via email, phone and text but no answer and after a while was called by another employee to solicit more business and told that James is no longer withthe company. I asked the new guy that i need my money back because i had to hire anothe company to do the job. I never heared from them again and i tried to dispute the charge with my credit card compnay but have'nt succeeded.

I entered into an agreement for them to design andmaintain my site. $2500. I was told that once it was up that I would have total control of editing the site. They kept calling me for more money for additional services and now my account is suspended after complaining because I wanted to transfer my domain. My password was changed first so that I could not access and then suspended. I complained before and they contacted me and said they would fix everything if I remived my negative remarks. I did but never got what I needed, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They talk a good game and send you alot of cool looking info but unless your already a web designer you don't get it. SCAM from day 1.

This is a scam, they will hijack your domain and constantly ask for money, a case has also been filed with the proper authorities. I will warn you, stay away from this company.

This company will build your site then not give you your access email log inn only backlog and copyright information they take to build your website threaten you with it saying you will be in trouble if you don’t pay that $ you spend at first is a deposit they don’t tell that you will pay thousands once there done so you gotta go through them then tell you pay $1600 to get access to your site then put up outrageous images saying your trying to steal info etc. so heartbreaking cause I work so hard to get my store off the ground make sure you know who’s doing your site these ppl overseas and jus get more names once they’ve scammed so many they use another site name like there big company I found these ppl overseas & they site said California please be careful there scammers.

Shame on whoever did not read my comment and still use them. They will take your money and will not do the service they were paid to do. They are Indian frauds posing to be something they are not. Whatever you do DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE. All of the positive reviews here are bots and their employees. They are inflating the reviews with bots. The positive comments are not real.

I have been working with Design Pro hubs for over 8 months. When we first started it was going OK the first 3 weeks working with Ali. Then the project went downhill. He is now gone. Then employee turnover starting happening. I was working with another person Jason for about 2 months. Website changes started taking weeks just to make small changes. Then Jason was gone from company. Now I am working Fred. I paid in full for completing project and lifetime hosting with SSL. I also paid for SEO and email marketing. To this day they still have not perform the paid services. My site is has been down for over a month with 404 error. My site was working fine for two months until this error occured. I believe Fred caused this error on server so I can pay $1200 to fix. They definitle casued this error. Fred is not giving me access to my website on server so I can fix problem. They want me to pay more money for something they caused. I fullfilled payment on everyhting I agreed to. Design PRO hubs is not fulfilling their services I paid. I recommend do not work with this company. They will be nice at first to get you in then you get screwed. You can contact me at bmanning20 @ yahoo.com if you have any questions. Used this company recently, can't fault the work they have done, absolutely high quality work and communication. Definitely will recommend to others. My designer was Adam Smith who is absolutely brilliant with his projects. Thanks

This company started out ok. I paid them in full then they kept switching designers. They have now completely ghosted me and I’m out 2k.

They want me to take out my bad review to threaten me. They make me paid for everything that is requested and I don’t get access.I am too nice to trust them earlier. I couldn’t get my money back and all the work that has been done.They are scammer.They lie to me that their company is in NY.

Yep, these guys are running a scam for sure, they hit my buddy's business as well; word is they have hundreds or more of these "websites for people seeking website developers" that all funnel back to the same small group of low life scum bags. They "fiddle" with a website or logo for you and then go dark, replace their numbers, change their names from Jason Peterson to Jayson Peters or James Anderson... then pretend like the "company" folded - when in fact they are all being run by the same small group. Try calling the number on the Design Pro Hub website today - goes to voice mail every time. Leave one - no one from DPH returns your call, but someone from another "Company" will... Submit a request on the Design Pro Hub website (designprohub.com), and someone from Amazonwebstudios.com sends you an email, or someone from thewebsitedesigns.com calls you. Yet, when they call - they've never heard of Design Pro Hub or "I don't work there anymore" or "that's not my company". Total #FRAUD #SCAM... or, at least that's what I heard from my buddy.

They are a scam, these 5 star reviews must be from within their organization. They don’t answer phone call or emails once they get your money they’ll put up a website ask for more money then you will never hear from them again.

This service is a scam! I requested a refund and it has already been a month and NOONE made the transaction. One of them even hung up the phone on me! Don't do service with them, look elsewhere! The other reviews on here are bots, don't listen to them.

For my animation work, choosing design pro hub was a fantastic option, and if someone is considering it, consider them with high recommendation.

We requested design pro hum team of animators for an education institutions with whom we work. There were these three guys who worked Extremely hard to produce a high quality and creative animation meeting our clients requirement. The deadline was very tight for us and we had to pressurise the animation team to complete the project before the given time. It won't be wrong to say that they did a fantastic job and the client was very happy with the outcome. 5 stars for service and perfection. Jason has a tremendous turn over time and communication skills. Kudos by my side.
