User friendly and the classes really help

The moment I heard about Designrr and started using it. I knew this is exactly what I have been looking for. I have never looked back since.

The page numbering system must be improved. It is impossible to work with, my case was I wanted to print my book, therefore I needed page numbers to alternate positions. I had to redo this process more than 10 times, as the document never saved the position of the page numbers. It was an awful experience.

Outside of this the app is fanatstic, loved it it was amazing to see my book come to life thank you.

The ease of use. Currently, I am on the entry plan but with my ability to pretty much click and turn out beautiful ebooks, I am pleased.

Slow and clunky; poor quality even for $27. I even paid for the tutorial, and I’m very disenchanted with this software. Don’t compare it to Canva, for example, or you’ll be extremely disappointed.

I purchased what I believed to be a one-time lifetime purchase of Designrr software. Instead:

I was billed $97/month for over a year without clear notice.

I could not access purchase history or cancellation links.

Support channels (email, in-app, phone) were unresponsive.

Attempts to reach the company failed — website and billing portals did not work.

I had to contact Cash App to stop payments.

This appears to be recurring billing without effective cancellation or support and may be misleading or deceptive for consumers.

Slow, clunky, not fun to use, simple things like expanding a table of contents to fill more of a page not possible, formatting issues that would have taken me hours to fix. It is so sad, it looks like such a great product.

It's a total waste of money, to have any features which will help, costs significantly more money. I will stick to creating and writing myself
