Initially Lori and I didn't seem to be able to speak the same "language" I had a vision in my mind and she wanted to create it for me, but speaking about it and even giving a very rough picture of what kind of logo I wanted was truly difficult. Lori was able to work with me and develop a relationship with me and we were finally able to create my logo. There were changes on my part, but Lori was patient and never sounded frustrated with my inability to fully describe what I wanted.
