Clark Jones has been great to work with! First it’s just nice to have one person as a point of contact. But better yet, I can call, text or email questions and he is prompt in responding. Clark really goes out of his way to ensure your experience with the company is a great one.

I really enjoyed working with this company! Especially Clark. However my website wasn’t done on time (partially due to me) and so I had to push my launch back. Great company who help you with a lot of information and who are willing to edit everything you don’t like.

Best Design industry that I have done business with Kevin the first guy who I spoke to about the website was very helpful and the next guy Will Shivers and his Assistant Martin were great .
The time line was Awesome i needed the website in about 15 day and it was ready up and running.

Hired these people to build a website. They take your money in micro seconds, then its a game. Its like working with children. They send you a questionnaire, you will take hours or days to complete. Perfect, outline what you are looking for and what you want. But it ends there!! On one will read it, they will call you in a week or two and then ask you all the same information that you spent your time and efforts to outline! Weeks later, its the same run around. I spent 3 days going over the design they sent to me. Outlining every paragraph, every button, every back ground. Sent 7 pages typed out outlining changes that needed to be changed or addressed. 5 days later they are calling and want to go over the site design and have not even read the email or instructions sent to them. We will not even discuss that conversation with them. In short, it was not professional, or business like on any level.
After the first time I complained in the beginning after completing their questioner I talked with Chris the manager and I told him I wanted a refund that I would take my business to his competition. He assured me that he would personal handle it and he would change my mind about his company and their abilities. He was going to show me that they are a professional company and in the end, even if I was not happy at all he would refund 100% my money. Now they are playing games yet again. They do not listen, they do not read or even review that which I spent 3 days outlining. But now they wish to take my time and go over their design on the phone and they have not even read or reviewed that which I sent to them and outlined in great detail !!
I asked to talk with Chris again and I am getting nothing but excuses! Today I told Chris, again he was fired and I demanded a full refund. I would highly recommend rethinking working with these people.
Now months into this, Chris is threatening to write false statements and reviews about my company! Will not refund my money! States that he did not promise me a 100% refund, to read the terms and conditions. NO we still are not done! this is the middle of March. On going childish text messages. Would be more than happy to share all of them with all of you!! BUYER BEWARE!!
