I attempted to use Design Tech 247 to…

I attempted to use Design Tech 247 to create a Web Page for my new business. Shawn Williams assured me that he could make it happen. He also let me know about the companies total satisfaction policy and that I would immediately receive a full refund if I was not happy. I was not happy with the design. I cancelled and asked for that refund back in May, it is now July. I ended up filing a dispute with the credit card that I paid with. That was also in May. Shawn called me and begged me to cancel the dispute and told me that I would have my refund in 3 days. I told him I would cancel it when the refund arrived. Its July, no refund yet. Dispute is still under investigation.
