I was supposed to get a replacement for…
I was supposed to get a replacement for my order. First of all i contacted them asked for a replacement and they said ok. Then they closed my ticket as it was never issued and didn’t send me anything.
If you try to return something be prepared to pay for the label that is roughly $260 (5times the order price!)
Desio your customer service is horrible! DO BETTER

Review: Disappointed with My Recent Purchase

I’ve been a loyal fan of Desio for years because I love their lenses, but this recent experience was incredibly disappointing. The monthly contact lenses I purchased caused such intense irritation that I couldn’t wear them for more than two days. The discomfort was unbearable—I had to skip work because my eyes were so irritated. Eventually, I had no choice but to throw the lenses away because they were completely unusable.
This was such a frustrating experience, especially since I’ve always trusted Desio for quality. I’m extremely disappointed and hope the company will address this issue and offer a replacement. I really don’t want to lose faith in a brand I’ve loved for so long.

The shipment from Italy arrived promptly and lenses fit excellent
The delivery from Italy was prompt and efficient. The initial order was flawlessly executed, with attractive packaging. The lenses fit well, and the chosen colors complement dark brown eyes naturally. Regrettably, my prescription was unavailable during the Christmas promotional period; otherwise, I would have placed a repeat order based on my positive first experience.
One minor area for improvement: as my prescription differs between eyes, I must order two separate packages. Ideally, Desio could offer a future option to include lenses with differing prescriptions within a single package at a competitive price, as the current requirement to order at least two boxes (four lenses) proves cost-prohibitive.
