Bad news management - very noisy

Cons - Very noisy. The lower floor is a gym and they start at 6am till 10pm with loud music and weights dropping that reverberates throughout. The beach is a boom boom bar so its loud and they dont police the pool area for loudness either. Issue's are complicated by 25 different admin companies meaning no accountability and nothing gets done. They failed to even figure out how to deliver messages. We booked thru Expedia and they as well as Mistik Mnmt did nothing but deflect our issues back and forth - very frustrating.
Unless you like noise dont stay
Pros - nice rooms, beautiful pool, great location
