I had a fantastic experience thanks to Kalem at Des Kelly. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions, offered honest advice without any pressure, and made the whole process so much easier.

Find alternative shop
No problems in the sales department but if an issue arises that’s when you realise you should have shopped elsewhere. Far better alternative shops out there. Will never return.

He identified a potential problem early on and guided us through the best solutions. He re-organised his own schedule to help us out having regard to the fact that our job was very time sensitive. A horrible company to deal with - avoid at all costs - just a cheap brand trying to flog premium products -
Sorry just to be clear - I contacted des kelly June 2025 just a few months after the floor was laid - it took a full year with without anything happening with your customer service department - then after a year in June 2026 a rep called out an agreed the marks shouldn’t be there - he took pictures on the Monday and said he will be back in touch that Friday - well guess what- that was nearly 4 weeks ago and no correspondence - absolute disgusting company to deal with once things go wrong

Your flooring is a Quick-Step product, which is recognised as one of the leading premium laminate flooring brands on the market. Since you first contacted us, we've taken your concerns seriously and have followed the manufacturer's recommended inspection process.
As part of that process, both our team and the manufacturer's representative have been involved. While no fault was identified during the inspections, we understand that you're still concerned. To ensure every avenue has been explored, the case has now been escalated to the manufacturer in Belgium, and we're currently awaiting their findings.
We appreciate that this has taken longer than either of us would have liked, particularly due to the availability of the manufacturer's representative. However, we have kept you updated throughout the process and remain committed to seeing it through to its conclusion.
We respectfully feel that your review does not reflect the level of communication, time and effort that has gone into investigating your concerns. Nevertheless, we will continue to work with both you and the manufacturer until the matter has been fully concluded.
