Exceptional product
Exceptional product! Deskfirst offers a stunning solution for client collaboration. The platform combines simplicity, elegance, and robust functionality with an array of impressive features.
I personally acquired the tiers through AppSumo and very happy with my decision. By reading some of the other reviews here, it seems some people misunderstood the tiers offered on AppSumo, but with the new tiers they introduced, things are more straightforward.
Moreover, the support team has proven to be highly responsive and helpful when needed, adding to the positive experience. If you work with clients, I highly recommend Deskfirst!

scammers. they sold me on 2.5tb and then reduced down to 250gb?!? claiming it was a misunderstanding after I bought the offer. then they tried to upsell me.
Edit 3: More concerning is their handling of customer feedback. Not only did they erase comments from their listing following the adjustment of the deal, but they also selectively removed negative reviews from their deal page.

Unfortunately, desk first is a company that doesn't follow through with what they say. It's a bait and switch since you will buy it and reach out to them to allocate your paid for data, then they attempt to upsell you something that was already promised to be done in the past.
edit: they are trying to remove my review. Here is what happened:
They offered 2.5tb and told users that they can contact support to make their accounts space allocated to whatever way they wanted. after they told customers to email them - just to get an email back saying it's their first LTD and they made mistakes, they cannot honor what they offered.
Soon after they deleted all negative reviews and comments off of the appsumo platform. These people need to be exposed for a bait and switch company.
They then claimed it's 250gb shared over multiple accounts. and if we used one more than one account, we are in violation of TOS. This makes it impossible to get the deal they originally offered.
if they want the review revised, then they should honor the deal they originally offered and the promises they made to their initial investors.

Upon reviewing your description of events, it appears to be completely unfamiliar to us.
Edit: thank you for posting the screenshot. As you can see, we said it's possible only through a "tailor-made plan", not through the LTD.
To clarify, we have consistently maintained a 250 GB storage limit per user, as stated in the original AppSumo deal, and there has been no reduction in your storage limit as per our records, until you initiated a full refund from AppSumo.
Also, the "just to get an email back saying it's their first LTD and they made mistakes, they cannot honor what they offered," is completely unfamiliar, we checked all emails with you and we never wrote that, we just wrote you that you probably misunderstood the terms of the deal, where it was explicitly written 250 GB per user.
Nevertheless, we value your opinion and are committed to addressing any concerns or issues you may have had. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss this further or require any clarifications.

Finally you can add shortcuts into your desktop to your favorite websites and cloud apps.
