Probably selling returned desk shelves as new ones.

2 stars because I got a large desk shelf with a visible scratch in the below surface of the wood and also more 2 on one of the sides of the metal self, later I discovered (trough their social media video ad) that they even didn't send the screw caps with the package, incredible, I think I received some sort of returned product after someone had quit it or complained about it. As it was not that bad, I am giving 2 stars, but If I am buying something new, I want that thing BRAND NEW, NO FLAWS, NO SCRATCHES, NO SIGNS AND WITH ALL THE LITTLE PIECES INSIDE IT!!!
