Bought Microsoft Office 2021. Had a slight problem activating the product but Desolllc support responded quickly and solved my problem.

I cannot get Microsoft offic e 24vlicense. I apid my hard earned US dollars and it is total waste This is a scam BEWARE

I purchased Office 2024, when I started using it the word processor was in Spanish, I don't know Spanish how do I get it to change to United States English?

Ad said SoftMaker Windows 2025. W/o me realizing it they switched to 2024. Groupon address of 600 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL is no good. Says company left no forwarding address - what company does that? All emails obscure return email address. I had 5 phone numbers - none worked. It's a bait and switch scheme. DeSol LLC did not reply to my emails.

Customer service was very quick and efficient and quick to respond to my emails or concerns would recommend 100%

I purchased an Office 2024 key through GRUPPON. Unfortunately, every email they send is blank. It doesn't contain an Office 2024 key! They're scammers! Not worth it.

Fake scam hackers. Hacked my Groupon and ea account using my email !!

Absolutely useless company. Promises a resolution in 2 to 3 hours. Been waiting over a week now after buying office 365 for 5 devices from groupon. ( Don’t go much on them either) Having read some of the other reviews I highly suspect that there is some sort of scam going on ( personal opinion ) Keep well away, if it looks to good to be true then it probably is.

I followed the instructions accurately and received an email with an empty product code. I gave the client support plenty of time for a solution, however they never gave one and after an initial standard reaction, they remained silent.
Unfortunately I bought two GroupOn deals. Also not good that GroupOn is doing business with onethical dealers.

Was unable to activate my office cd key via their website.. customer service just sent it to me in the politest manner. Great service, and cheap too!

Bought software from Desol LLC via Groupon.

The software could be downloaded from a Sharepoint environment which looked catchy but it worked at first. After a week or so I got a message my softwarekey was in use on another computer, which I do not have. So it looks like softwarekeys are being sold multiple times (assumption).

Efferts trying to contact Desol LLC to ask for a solution have been without results, so no feedback or solution is being offered.

I feel this review is in place to let everybody know what the're signing up for.

Microsoft key activation failed on first attempt but Desol responded quickly and successfully on second go. Would use them again quite happily.

I believe that this is desol llc, the ones that sell software and stuff(on groupon), and if it is then i have nothing positive to say about it. I ordered something from groupon being an activation code for office 365, supposedly for 5 devices, but in reality its a shared account which may possibly get access to your device, so please if you also order something like this, dont enter the account details and demand a refund. The deal was indeed too good to be true, but its still worth warning others for, as some may be unaware.
