A very secure place to park your vehicle. Finding the location was slightly challenging, and I believe updated photos would be beneficial. However, I'll certainly use it again and highly recommend it.

Don’t use this company. It’s a scam. I paid for my parking well in advance. Asked them if there were any special arrangements I needed to be aware of ahead of time - as the comms weren’t clear. Parked the car - and a few days later ended up getting a PCN. In addition Desparking claimed the car park was 24hrs when in fact it was locked up at 11pm. Luckily I found a security guard to let me in. Asked Desparking to cover the PCN which they didn’t. Asked for a refund, which they ignored. These people are scammers. Be warned.

Seemingly a total scam! Got sent a confirmation email of where space was. Just said 4 mount street mayfair. Ive emailed twice for better clarification and got zero response. The location on Google maps is just a regular street with zebra crossing lines on it!! So where do I park. As far as i can tell its just standard council parking down that road. Ive no idea where to go and this company do not reply to any emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Great customer service but the host was very rude and unresponsive for that reason I was not very happy

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST !!!! ... We arrived for the 'valet' parking as advised. The images and photos featured online with Desparking, are of the car park at a reputable 5* hotel in central London in the same street/address. The car was parked, a per the description, by a valet at the hotel. When we retrieved the car the following morning, we were shocked that no booking or affiliation exists with Desparking. We were, having parked overnight, forced to pay the Hotel parking rates on top of the Desparking charge. The hotel have advised that we are not the first to be duped and they have attempted to get their parking images removed - this has been reported to our credit card company. They are falsely advertising the front of a hotel car park and valet parking. We have attempted to contact Desparking with no response.... yet the luxury hotel that they advertise for parking have been first class and are also trying to get this problem rectified as it reflects poorly on the hotel!! I am owed £27 by Desparking AND had to pay £66 for the actual retrieval of my car from a car park that Desparking HAD NOT booked a space in for us and do NOT have an agreement with - FALSE ADVERTISING.....

The description of the parking space was very unclear, so much so that I asked for clarification via the support email address. I received no reply, so my wife used spaces which seemed to tie in with the confirmation email, which gave the booking location as:
The Shell Canary Wharf, OUTSIDE PARKING ONLY AVAILABLE NOW and ALTERNATIVE YOU CAN PARK OUTSIDE IN FRONT ON THE AVAILABLE BAYS (Capitals in the instructions, not my addition)
She parked next to Shell, outside and on the available bays even though (we accept) this was signed up under different livery of London Parking Solutions. So far we have received two parking notices and expect at least one more to cover the three days we were parked there. We will pay them, of course, because it is difficult to appeal to one company by saying you paid to book with a different one but feel we got fined despite trying our best to do the right thing and will not use Des Parking again.
Great parking space for o2 and canary wharf, could do with number on the driveway to help identify through but easy enough.
We reserved and paid for a parking spot in London on Westbourne Terrace. However, no specific details were provided about the exact location. After reaching out to the company, Ruben sent us only a photo indicating where to park, without further instructions. We spent about 20 minutes searching, and when we finally found the spot, it was—just as we had started to suspect—already occupied by another car. We spoke to the vehicle's owners, who showed us their reservation confirmation with JustParq. It became clear that Desparking is misleading people by renting out spaces they aren’t authorized to offer. Oddly, none of my emails received a reply once we realized we’d been scammed, and email is the only available contact option, which seems all too convenient for them.

I'm still receiving 50 plus calls a day from private number, writing lies in a blog stating false accusations.
Desparking is a fraudulent company which is running from a garage, without a connected phone line or email address.
They reach out to home owners who advertise about subletting thier car parks and then desparking they there details and subletting on thier website.
I can share all the evidence as they have already published my phone number and email address so anyone want to see the prove they can reach out.
Avoid these scammer,
Scam artist subletting a space. I got parking tickets. Do not trust. They will rip you off.
Purchased parking space online. I used the exact authorised location as provided in my confirmation email from Des Parking. I arrived and left well within the time frame. I received a parking fine two weeks later. I will state if Des Parking tell me I didn't park in the designated parking area, it'll be a lie. I parked at the exact location provided in their confirmation at Axis House, I had to pay the fine as even after providing proof of payment my appeal was unsuccessful. Be very careful as this was obviously a scam!

Unfortunately, I am another person who received a PCN despite having paid for a parking space through Des Parking. For 3 weeks they could not even write back to my messages about the fine through no fault of my own. I had to ask many times to intervene in this matter and so far no response. I had to pay a fine of 60 pounds!!! The company only takes money and customer issues do not interest them at all.

This a scam company, made a booking via the website. Upon arrival at Fresh Wharf there were no available slots. Tried to call customer service no answer sent an email no response tried to contact via WhatsApp again no response.
They have even tried to log this as a false review. Perhaps they should actually provide support.

Used them to rent out my space no problems so far tenant was respectful and their fees % are quite low which helps
Would strongly not recommend to use this carpark at all. Contacted support desk throuh email but no response at all. As a customer, was left so helpless on the day that i really need their support as im not sure wether i have park on the right site. I ended up paying more by having penalty charge. Totally disappointed!

Despite last minute booking, still plenty of options to choose from. Unfortunately, the owner of the space did not answer calls / . messages as photograph did not clearly represent where to park
