Product arrived early, but I paid extra for the extra length when it wasn't necessary and the associate advised I do. Beautiful dress.

Took a little longer to ship than expected, and only half of the swatches came on a white backing board - having it on the backing makes it so much easier to tell what the color is actually going to be when it has multiple layers of it. That being said, they are great swatches, they were well packaged, and, once they shipped, they arrived quickly. I got numerous email updates on my order, which was appreciated as well.

I recently bought the CZ Estate Scroll Cuff Bracelet. It is beautiful! High quality and comfortable to wear. I am impressed with The Dessy Group's products and customer service.

I ordered 5 dresses from Dessy group. I gave Dessy group a 2 star rating simply because the dresses that I received were pretty. Unfortunately I do not feel the quality of the dresses are worth over $200 which is what I paid for each dress. Also, I had a very difficult time exchanging a dress that was too small for my bridesmaid. I was forced with the decision to order a new dress to insure my Bridesmaid will have a dress to wear and am now stuck with an extra dress because Dessy group failed to send me a return label and hung up on me when I called. I work in the beauty industry and am very dissatisfied with this costumer service experience. I will not be a returning customer.

The fit of the dress was horrible. It fit around the waste and the hips, but way too much fabric everywhere else. The sleeves were so huge that they were sagging down. So much fabric around the breast area that the dress made me look humongous.

Faster service would be ideal otherwise happy with purchase !!!

Dress is a shapeless sack that doesn't look like the picture. The dress is not flowy like in the picture...the material is stiff....just another ugly waste of money bridesmaid dress!!! Also, the box was left in the pouring rain...thank god the dress was in plastic.

The fabric is made of great quality. The sizes are true to the sizing chart. Look and feel great. Was hesitant at first, as I hate to order online. But I will be using again. Also comes with a storage bag. Came much faster than expected delivery date, and had 20% off code.

Overall, dessy was better than most bridesmaid dress experiences, but it's hard to get it perfect. Would be willing to repeat with them given improvements over other competitors.

Sizing runs large. I ordered one size down from what my measurement required and still big. Also sized for tall women, well above average height... If you're 5' 9in this is great, if not, proportions, waist and neckline are in the wrong place slightly.

Colors could be better represented online. Because they don't actually photograph the colors, just paste in digitally another color, ours was quite different than pictured. Higher definition here would be helpful.

Finally, overall quality was a bit disappointing for the price... all polyester, fabrics don't feel nice... but the simplicity of the process makes up for that somewhat.

Great online shopping experience. I like how each dress has specific measurement tips and that there's the "in-stock" option. Colour and fit were true to what was advertised online. Online support got back to me in good time and my dress reached me within a week of ordering it, with all the info required in the event I wished to return it. It was nicely packaged for delivery and I definutely appreciated getting the additional garment bag.

It arrived on time and looks and fits beautifully! I was nervous buying a dress online, but I'm very happy I did!

I paid $200 for a dress that I can't get the zipper up or down on without a lot of manipulation. Heaven forbid I should try to dress myself! Also, it has a scalloped neckline, which looks beautiful in theory, but when I got it, it was so loose and bunchy that it looked ridiculous. I will have to spend more money on alterations.
