Review:

I used FlightItineraryApp/Destinali to obtain a flight itinerary for a visa application. Unfortunately, the experience was very poor. After making payment, the service did not work as expected, and the situation was never properly resolved.

Attempts to contact customer support were unsuccessful, and I did not receive adequate assistance or a satisfactory response. When a service involves payments, there should be clear communication and reliable support, which was missing here.

Due to this experience, I cannot recommend FlightItineraryApp, especially for time-sensitive visa applications.

this is fraudulent, their invitation letter is not valid at all, please do not risk your money.

The payment went through, alright & i got charged. Waited, but no confirmation email, no ticket. I whatsapp-ed the and instant answer with customer service email. Emailed them & instant answer shortly followed by ticket. My travel dates in couple of months - add a context. I checked PNR / booking reference and could not see flight reservation details anywhere. As i could not submit the paper where its PNR cannot be found. I contacted them and asked about it. Again quick response stating they are checking. No answer after that. I followed up askifn for a refund if they cannot provide me valid reservation. Unfortunately, never heard back. I bought a flex ticket from KLM with £15 fine per flight if i cancel & submitted as a part of my visa application. This way i will pay £30 but at least i have a valid ticket. If you can afford paying £500 but with guaranteed refund plus minimal cancelation fee, i would recommend doing it for the sake of your own peace of mind.
Later i used monzo customer service to issue refund & thanks to my bank, got refunded very quickly.

Destinali took my money for a flight reservation, when I messaged them they claimed to have emailed it and will email again but never emailed and stopped responding to my messages. Don't use this company

Celestine is very responsive.
The visa application was approved without any problems and Celestine delivers what she promises. I am very satisfied.

Going to Nigeria is always stressful to get a visa but Destanali made it easy for me. I applied for the Visa On Arrival through them and all I had to do was follow their instructions on filling out the application then pay, They took care of the rest and they worked very fast. I trust Destanali because they put my mind at ease because they alway come through for me. Thank you Destanali for making it possible for me to travel to Nigeria.

My friend paid 19 dollars for flight booking itenery and you guys failed to email it to me two days after. This company is fraud guys. Please beware of them. Scammers.

I have used Destinali twice this year once in June and now again. Both times I was provided with exceptional service and did not have to worry about my VOA to travel to Nigeria. I highly recommend using Destinali for all your travel needs. Celestine is very professional and always strives to provide the best customer service always. Do not use this company they did are invitation but had us send are money to there account through remity for 160 dollars say so we wouldn’t have a problem like last time because we never got are visa on arrival we got all the way to Nigeria and had to pay all over again so we wouldn’t be sent back Just to use this service again and have them scam again we had to not only pay 160 for visa on arrival application but also 170 for our biometric so almost 400 each a day before we left They told us they were giving us a refund in two weeks. It’s been almost a month and still haven’t got a refund and they are not responding a YouTube video about their company exposing them for the fraud they are

These guys are legit and very helpful. I was skeptical because of the high number of scams that come out of Nigeria, but they are legitimate and good.
I initially asked just for their letter of invitation for $49. That was quick and painless and I submitted my own application.
However, I soon realised that I was going to be arriving earlier than I had indicated and after exchanging a few WhatsApp messages with Destinali, I realised I wouldn’t get the visa until a few days before my initially indicated date. For $50 Destinali intervened and promised a visa within 24 hours. And, the next day it was in my email. Highly recommend!

I used this service two years ago and now again this year. Destinali services is absolutely exceptional. They are very professional and so incredibly helpful. This is an amazing service, so many people and companies put such a high price on processing a Visa On Arrival for entry to Nigeria. And the process is not transparent or fast. Destinali is incredibly efficient, transparent, and fast with their process. I reached out to them and in just over a day I had my visa processed. I will definitely utilize them again.

The invitation letter service was fast and I worked,however once I got the visa I asked for the some clarification about the duration and they started to reply with nonsense in caps lock till they stop to reply at all. They have lost a customer.

If you can't answer a question just don't answer it, don't give completely wrong and misleading informations because you can put people in danger.
