Great venue, great treatment. Front of house could be a little more welcoming

I have been a client of destination skin for 3 years having off and on treatments.. since the therapist I used to see left 2 years ago the customer care and over all experience has excelled downwards .. over the last 4 months I have been having monthly chemical peels in witch the last one causing my acne majore flare up of cysts and it clear needed antibiotics or in deed some help at least .. I was promised to be checked upon I was promised antibiotics and I was promised help .. after spending a whole heap of mo ye I feel deflated and depressed .. the o my thing Cardiff clinic is good for us seeking there products

I have been with destination skin for about two years. Wonderful people( especially Chloe))).(High Barnet),great results!
Have to say so if you ever decide to go for laser hair removal make sure each time you come person who looks after you makes it stronger each time and you do need to feel it otherwise you just spending your money for nothing. And I have to say I feel like I had a few treatments just wasted and I could’ve had even better results. It’s all business in the end and people do try to get as much money from you as they can. Back to positive laser hair removal really works. I had six treatments for half leg( waxing for about 10 years previously ) and hair almost completely gone.
12 treatments on a full bikini( never waxed before) I think it’s a reason why it took so much longer . One more thing to mention when you leave it for about six months you would have to have another treatment so it’s for life but it’s really worse it for me.))

Superb. Efficient, professional, and always pleasant: couldn't wish for more.

Receptions are very unhelpful. Almost impossible to get appointments as Botox nurses and doctors are not on site very often - once a day every 2 weeks.

There are so many other places in Windsor where you can get Botox and Filler so I've moved somewhere else. Sad as I really like Lisa and thought she was fantastic.

Amazing! I had my treatment with Pooja who I could not recommend enough. She was very attentive throughout my experience at Destination Skin and fully explained the procedure and aftercare. She also recommended products to me which would help my skin. I was so impressed I purchased and can’t wait to see the results.

Ok service - my big issue is that therapist change so often you never get treated by the same person. Hard to tryst they know what they are doing. Also they don’t take before and after pics which is such a shame...

I have both Elaine and Jan to do my injectable treatments. They are both fantastic and I have recommended both of them to my friends and family!

Windsor clinic is always clean and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I've recommended a number of people to them and will continue to do so.

Never any appointments, turnover of staff hugely high and always trying to sell you products or more treatments. Not sure how good their training of staff is - I have had treatments where the staff haven't really known what they are doing.

Tracy is extremely good at her job, by far the best beautician I have ever had. Reception also fantastic and very efficient.

Very unhappy about being offered promotional discount for treatment, only to be informed later that I had to book 3 seperate sessions to get discount. It all became too confusing so I cancelled. I've been going for years, now feel quite disappointed.

I have been going to Maddox street for years and have always enjoyed every visit, the staff are very professional and friendly!
