Not cheap but the laser hair removal has worked very well for me. Have completed treatment on legs, underarms, bikini line and now doing lip and chin. Staff have mostly been lovely!

Ive been visiting the Bristol branch for just over a year for laser hair . And as much as I’m impressed by the results from the treatment itself . I’m even more impressed by the customer service I’ve received from the initial booking all the way up to my most recent appt. I’ve been greeted by big smiles and a warm reception for every single appointment. I’ve been booked with Toni for every session and can say the nerve racking experience I was expecting has actually been made as easy and comfortable as possible with her customer service and patience within the treatment room . Definitely recommend anyone to visit .

I arrived feeling anxious and ugly. I'm not really but I'm sure many others have felt a bit like me sometimes. I left feeling reassured, happy and definitely hopeful for the future procedures I am going to have. All the staff were just lovely. Good experience so far..
Very pleased with my first visit to the Weybridge branch. I went for a consultation, I found the lady helpful giving me various options. She suggested products for me to add into my skincare routine but rather than try and force me into buying full size products she gave me testers to try. There was no pressure to book a treatment either but I’m going back on Saturday for one.
