I had been to two different mens stores looking for a navy blazer. Poor experience. Then I went to DXL and was greeted, helped and I found my blazer.
Excellent experience overall.The young man was professional, courteous and friendly.

I think the managers name was Tiffani. I had never been to a DXL and was really surprised at how easy she made it to get a dress shirt for my wedding. Super nice and got me what I needed very quickly and I have never really been comfortable in a dress shirt until the one she had me try on. Dang... So comfortable. A++++ to Tiffani. Thank you!!!

Chantel made this the BEST shopping experience I’ve had with Wolf Road DXL yet and I usually have a decent go of it. I came in last minute in a panic less than an hour to catch my train. She measured me up got me in a shirt with a matching tie and some new shoes in no time flat all while assisting other shoppers.

The store is good but without amazing and I mean AMAZING employees like her there would be no point in shopping. She tried to meet my every need and want offered everything to help that she could think of and listened to me complain about my wardrobe emergency!

I know for a fact I was a bit of a pain when it came to finding a good shirt but she made it happen. I came in only wanting a shirt and maybe a tie, left buying a shirt, new shoes, a belt, and the tie. If I wasn’t already carrying a suit from Dxl she might have sold me one of those too.

I appreciate her and her attentiveness as my bit of chaos rushed her as the first customer of the morning but she saved my day.

The customer service was amazing

Lorie was super helpful walking me through the process for the fitting and helping to put together a few options for shirts to match with the sport coat. I am beyond pleased with the options and although I am not tall I am too big to buy off the rack at most stores. DXL is my new favorite clothing store.

I always go and see Cindy at the Harrisburg, PA store when I need a new sport coat. She always delivers with a good-looking coat and a few options for polo shirts

Amanda at the Dedham, Ma store was excellent as always.

Jeff in Portland ME was fantastic. Went in for a couple new jackets and left with four fantastic suits, all fitted perfectly. Great suggestions for lighter summer fabrics and cuts that fit really well.
