I never received the pants I ordered and the team doesn’t respond to me. Pretty unhappy about the purchase because I was stoke to try them. It was months ago I ordered them and they haven’t come 😔

Appalling customer service! Zero star rating!!!

Firstly I agree with the others the jeans are excellent: perfect fit, highly elastic and tough as nail. The shopping experience however is at the opposite end of the spectrum. I bought a pair of blue jeans and a belt on 04 June 2025. They did not arrive after 2 weeks. The GLS tracking led to a dead end. The GLS branch in UK said they did not receive the package at all. Parcel Force was supposed to deliver it in UK but could not trace the package with the tracking number given. So I contacted Destroyer via Live Chat and email. After several attempts, they did respond and resent me the items. [I asked them to refund me or resend me the order.] After I received the items, I ordered another pair of jeans [black] on 15 July 2025. The Fedex link again led to a dead end, saying a request was made to collect the parcel but no further tracking available. After 2 weeks, I tried to contact Destroyer via Live Chat and email. After much delay, they responded once on Live Chat [see attachment] but then nothing. They have ZERO customer service. If they have genuine logistic problems of shipping items abroad, they should NOT accept any orders outside Italy. So potential UK buyers beware!!! They should be ashamed of how they treated their customers and need to revamp their business model.

Me: Hi Destroyer Team, I still have not received order 1379 sent on 15.07.2025 via Fedex. Their tracking link does not work. Please investigate & action accodingly. This is the 2nd time I ordered from you. The same happened last time when sent via GLS [Later a replacement was sent again to me via Fedex which I did receive.] Thanks. Kind regards

Destroyer: Ho, yeah fedex messed up a lot of orders not just yours with the same issue... we have some huge damages created by them.
We have sent this morning another request at our Provider (sendcloud) to clarify. We hope to get a response/update in Tracking either today late evening or tomorrow morning.
We are sorry for that but we have 5 orders with the same issue, there clearly went something wrong with those orders and are sorry!

Really good quality jeans.

Plenty of room in the right places for pads. The pockets are nice and deep and the zippable pocket comes in very useful.

materials and general construction are all good, no issues so far

the customer service is really great! I've ordered the wrong size, and they helped me very well to get the good one and send it to my home.

Outstanding customer service! Very fast response time when you email. My order got stuck at customs and they re-shipped the products to me at their expense so they would come in time for Christmas (express shipping that came to $65 CAD). Extremely impressed. Very high quality products. We will definitely continue to support this company in the future!

I ordered a pair of jeans, two pairs of socks (black and white) and a cap.
Everything is fantastic, top tier materials, very good dress-in and of course a whole lot of style.🔥
I had a bad crash on a gravel-ish surface with the jeans on, they offer very good protection from abrasions and they don’t rip as easily as normal jeans, while keeping a very good elasticity.
Overall on of the best products I own will buy again💪🏼

Coming from the legendary downhill racer called Denim Destroyer, the Destroyer jeans are the best mtb jeans I've ever tried. The super stretchy fabric makes your knee pads fit under it easily and give a very comfy feeling, the ratchet mechanism is also cleverly placed so you can easily adjust how tight you want them on your waist, and of course they look amazing!

The pants of destroyer brand are simply the number one ! They are perfect in every condition. Confort is guarantee, also the colors ant the design is cool

what can I say, absolutely great product but even more amazing was the customer support from Destroyer Brand. I had ordered a pair of the riding pants and through no fault of theirs the parcel was dispatched to the wrong address. Destroyer Brand went above and beyond to deal with the Italian post service, unfortunately the original package got lost in the system. Destroyer Brand issued a new pair at no charge and these arrived today. The product itself is first class well made and a great fit, after taking advice on sizing from the company.

First class company and first class product. Communication was great when picking the product and with resolving the post issues.

Will be using them again

Good fitting Jeans, Even in wet conditions they dry up fast! Perfect Match between riding pants and casual Jeans.

I'm not normally a big fan of jeans... but with these I must admit that my opinion has changed. The pants are really very comfortable, the material exudes quality. we can easily put protections underneath. These are not just riding pants, they can be everyday pants. opinion of a young French rider 🤘
