Best place ever for detailing stuff! ;)

Very good service, decent shipping times and very well packaged items to ensure the products do not get damaged nor shaken about too much, vast number of products and product manufacturers to choose from, ranging from products that are well suited for beginners and unexperienced users to well experienced users.

I very rarely make comments like this online, but I have to say that when the service is perfect, it is perfect. The package arrived on time, the tracking was perfect, and the packaging was handled with respect and diligence. The team responds quickly; in my case, I had forgotten something on the order, and they were able to respond as quickly as possible. As a French customer, it is very rare to be treated properly in France. Packages arrive destroyed; if they're liquids, they arrive ripped open; if they're breakable products, they arrive broken. The high-quality packaging from DETAILER PLACE ensured perfect reception of the package. I counted 8 layers of bubble wrap and 5 layers of plastic bags for protection, and the smaller items in the larger package were also packaged in separate papers.
I repeat, I am sincerely satisfied with the service and wish this company a long life.

I ordered from Italy, the packages all arrive with BRT/DPD, shipping is not very fast but I was not in a hurry. The packages arrive perfect and with some extra accessories as gifts from the store. The products are good, all that is missing is a restock on the website because many items are out of stock but for the rest the website is well built and it is fun to read the product descriptions to know which is the best product for you. It's a detailed place to place your order :)
