I was at rock bottom when it came to my gut issues and health. I’d spent over 10 years “dealing with” my stomach issues (ignoring it and living with it mostly). Then I saw Heather on Instagram and I knew I had to try. She was so knowledgeable and passionate about gut issues and confident that she could help anyone! And she was right to be confident. I’ve been working with her and Carla for a few months now, and I feel better in that short time than I ever did going to doctors. Both ladies are so passionate about what they do, sympathetic to my concerns and issues, and full of knowledge and the want to help. Working with them is the best thing I have ever done for my health and I could never thank them both enough for giving me my “normal” life back.

I had ibs-d symptoms for 10 years. There was no rhyme or reason as to why my stomach was always a mess. Good days was an upset stomach, bad days I wasn’t leaving the house. After we found the root cause, she assigned me a temporary food plan and supplements. I started seeing improvements in about 2 weeks. After 6 months I felt like a new person.
