Scam scam scam. Don’t trust these people they will take your money make up a reason for it to be cancelled, and then give you no refund.

A trip was cancelled 1 week before departure.
They couldn't be reached by phone - after an automated message "There is a longer waiting time" and a long silence the phone says "Thanks yoy. Goodbye." and hangs up.
They promissed to get in touch, 3 weeks have passed with no message from them. I guess they are busy cancelling trips...

Have cancelled while trip 1 week before departure...

This was probably the worst experiance in my entire life.
You dont get the right hotel.
You get a little tree house out in the woods with ants All over the place.
This should not be accepted.

Sitting on the plane heading home after a week on Rhodos travelling with detur Denmark and flying with Enter Air.

Everything vent well and the hotel was not the greatest (Lymberia in Faliraki) but I think it’s what you can expect from a three star ⭐️ hotel.

I’m travelling with detur again in May, if not sooner 😅

Stay away from this company! This company is absolutely irresponsible! The guide doesn’t show up at the agreed time. The information they write at the information sheet doesn’t fit to reality. We have paid for the excursion, but the bus didn’t showed up!!! And on top of that the “4 star” hotel where we have got accommodated was extremely dirty!!!! Plates and cups at the hotel’s restaurant were very dirty and just disgusting!

Trip to Elafonisi beach. Beach was very beautiful, but unfortunately it wasn't as pink as we thought it would be. Just before we arrived to the beach the guide told us about that.
We were let to know that it would take about 1.5 hours to get to the beach, but it took 4 hours!! That would have been nice to know before the trip.
We would have enjoyed the time at the beach more than 3 hours.

Nice service and good people! We had a great vacation!

Der var for meget transport og maden på hotellet var ikke god

The reason for 2 stars only is that I wasn't informed about chancing of my flight and didn't get my flight in time.

When I told detur about this and tried to get another ticket, then they wasn't happy to help and I have to find other solution to get home, which is an expensive solution, just because they don't inform there guest about chancing in flight times..

Overall the trip was good, flight and bus shuttle were well organized and we received relatively good information from Detur on during the trip.

Although we expected more information from Detur during the booking process e.g. transport. We have noticed by the hotel that there was a free bus shuttle for those staying 7 nights and more, which was not been informed by Detur to us earlier, even though Detur knew about it, acc. to the hotel. By doing this we could have saved the transport cost both ways.

I also would like Detur to choose more carefully the hotel destinations e.g. we have been robbed at the hotel (200 EUR in cash which was deposited in the room safe box). Unfortunately we couldn't get it back through our travel insurance, as we had no evidence to proof it. On the other hand, the hotel manager did not accepted our claim. They simply used master key to open the safe and typed in another code which of course we couldn't recall. Their argument was that you probably forgot your initial code, when they have been asked to re-open the safe as we couldn't open it anymore due to change of the code. We simply didn't accept that stupid argument as we have used the code every day during our stay and why we shall forget that in our last day. We simply did not have time to go to police to file a claim, and they knew that.

Thank you for the Best Holiday. It was regały amazing and full of great expiriences. Very nice and efective Services and great, helpful personel. I am looking after Our next meeting and next Holidays. Actualy i am looking for New Holidays for four people in the end of August for week.
