Opluchters: Al mijn geld kwijt en geen pakket!!!!
On the 4th of July, I ordered a Casaria shoe rack from Deuba.nl. I had no idea that I should have known that this order, and I have been buying on-line, would not reach my house. The shoe rack was not delivered.
DPD was supposed to deliver it to my house in Houten where all my on-line shopping arrive successfully.
I have contacted client service of Deuba only to realize they are actually in Germany. I phoned, just to get referred to the website, as if a website will know where my order is. There is no human interaction. There is a Chat bot assistance. When you put the order number in, he needs the e-mail, when I put the e-mail address in, the chat bot replies with : The e-mail does not correspond to the order. Back to square one. There is no where and no one to talk to. I then sent three more e-mails which were replied with a standard automatic e-mail that said, I should not enquire about my parcel any more they are overloaded with orders. I can understand why they are overloaded: I have never seen a company and their service provider so incompetent and on top with poor customer interface and only an useless chat bot that goes into loops. It was 47.00 euro. It is blood money. Opluchters.
