Ordered 2 Deuter bags from Gary, in the first shipment only one bag came. So I contacted Gary and he acknowledged that the stockist mistakenly sent out only one bag. The second one came soon after. Other than that, the transaction went quite smoothly.
However, I think the website can be improved to allow selection of colors when ordering. At the moment you have to email Gary to check on availability of colors to see if what you want is in stock. This slows down the order process.

Presently, it is difficult to enable colour selection because I don't keep stock. Moreover, stock moves very fast at my stockist's warehourse and this makes it very hard to keep track.

Reliable and the cheapest deuter product around!
At first I'm quite sceptical when I saw some of the deuter products offered here are way cheaper from other shops and websites.For example the Deuter Futura 22 that I bought is RM70 cheaper than a shops at my hometown.It seems too good to be true.But I just give it a try and I'm really happy with my decision!The product is awesome,new and the most important thing is it is original.My only complain though It took about 8 days to reach me.Anyway it is worth the wait and I'm looking forward to buy more products here in the future.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I ordered Giga Office Pro and it is such an amazing backpack. It is a huge lightweight bag and I can put many things inside it. I can fit my super big old-fashioned laptop as well as two huge ring files nicely. The compartments are very useful and a lot of stuff can be placed inside them. It comes with a little black pouch and a big laptop sleeve that make the backpack looks organized. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the product and I will surely purchase more items from this seller.
