My experience with Justin and German Bike has been excellent. Although I was unfortunately unable to complete my purchase due to the lack of a suitable installment payment option for Türkiye, Justin went far beyond what I expected to try to help me.
He patiently answered all my questions, helped with the configuration of the Twitter R10 Pro I wanted, and spent a great deal of time looking for possible payment solutions for me. Even after it became clear that I could not complete the purchase at this time, his attitude did not change. He remained kind, understanding and professional.
What impressed me most is that he is still looking into payment providers that could potentially offer installment payments to customers in Türkiye. That shows me that he genuinely cares about his customers, not just about making a sale.
I hope that one day the installment option becomes available so I can finally purchase my 56 cm Matte Dark Gray R10 Pro from German Bike.
