This not a trustworthy shop

This not a trustworthy shop! Information on their website is not correct. I'm from Belgium and was not able to order, because they don't send to Belgium. A friend of mine happened to be in the Netherlands this week with his family and so I thought I had my chance. Delivery time was said to be 1-3 days.
It turned out the tracking code of PostNL was non-existent. The package has not been delivered.
It has been like throwing 60 euros in the garbage. Well, actually not, it's worse. At least then you would KNOW you won't get anything in return.

An Adventure in Misleading Shoe Sizes and Customer 'Care'!

If you're looking for an adventure in shoe shopping, look no further than De Voetenshop! I recently ordered a pair of shoes, confidently relying on their meticulously crafted size chart. Imagine my surprise when my size 46 shoes, advertised to have a snug 28 cm insole, arrived with a luxurious 30 cm insole instead. Talk about unexpected room for growth!

In my quest for answers, I contacted their customer service and was met with a delightful suggestion: "Choose a size smaller than usual." Brilliant! Except that even with their helpful hint, the size 45 would still be too big thanks to the magical 2 cm discrepancy in their chart. By their logic, I should apparently gamble on a size 43, hoping it might actually be a size 45 in disguise.

But wait, the adventure continues! Emine, their friendly representative, kindly informed me that the insole measurement excludes the heel rise, a detail I must have missed in my amateur hour measurements. Clearly, my 30 cm insole measurement was a figment of my imagination, as was the 31.3 cm total shoe length.

Now, let's talk about their stellar return policy. You see, De Voetenshop's policy is a masterpiece of modern customer care: you're welcome to return the shoes, at your own expense of course. Because why not pay extra for the privilege of receiving incorrectly sized shoes?

In the spirit of fair play, I requested a prepaid return label, only to be guided to their website's return section. If only I had known that the thrill of navigating their return policy was part of the package!

So, if you enjoy the excitement of size chart roulette and the charm of indifferent customer service, De Voetenshop is your ultimate destination. As for me, I'm left with oversized shoes and a newfound appreciation for accurate product information.

Happy shopping, fellow adventurers!
