Excellent professional service from a good local cycle shop. Good communication from online staff.
Only downside is more TNT than the shop, but when I spend £1700 I really expect free postage, yes I was up near Aberdeen but they class this as 'not mainland! Check your geography! Apart from that happy purchase!

Excellent service. Called to check availability and a few other points, got to speak to a really helpful/knowledgable person. Placed order on basis of 3-5 day delivery, and the bike was with me in 43hrs, on the other side of the country. Well packed and good tracking of delivery.

After seeking this bike for some time and seeing it online for sale, I immediately phoned to confirm stock and completed my purchase online from there.
Purchased on a Tuesday and delivered on the Thursday 2 days later.
Brilliant service and can now fully enjoy my new bike for the bank holiday weekend.
