Thank you so much to Eco Baby Box for such a great experience, I used this company due to being a small business and for their emphasis on sustainable and eco friendly products. I ordered a selection of items as a gift and after requesting if it were possible for a gift note to be added, these were lovingly and beautifully wrapped and a card added for me with my message. Nicci was extremely helpful and communicative by email. Thank you, I'm sure my friend will love the gift and can't wait to use you again.

Had a fabulous experience with customer service, specifically Nicci. I’d ordered something for my son and the wrong item was in the box, within 2 hours Nicci had a replacement ordered which arrived the following morning (it was a birthday present). She kept me updated the whole time, it’s the best service I’ve received, especially considering I ordered online.

Excellent customer service with personalised email messages, website and ordering process simple to navigate, quick delivery. Thank you for offering free gift wrapping options and including a card. Items ordered are for a gift, so unable to comment on their quality yet.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a pair if baby dungarees for a friends new baby. It arrived swiftly and beutifully gift wrapped at no extra cost. I didn't actually realise that gift wrapping was an option until the store contacted me after I had completed my online order and gave me several gift wrap options.

This was an amazing gift for my friend's first baby. It was wrapped perfectly and got there very quickly. The communication with the seller was top notch and they were so friendly.

Excellent customer service and lovely products!

One of the items I ordered was showing available but I was informed that it wasn’t actually available. The customer service was excellent - I was offered a refund or replacement and also a code for a discount on a future purchase. Once this was sorted (v quickly) I received my order within a couple of days and my daughter and son-in-law loved all the purchases for my grandson. Thank you for excellent customer service - it’s always appreciated and my daughter and I will definitely purchase again as we also love your ethics 😊
