Ordered 8 june and on and expected delivery time of 5-10 days, im still waiting. I have sent several emails and all i get is an automated email saying its coming soon and they will offer a discount. Well that was since the 22nd and im still waiting for the tracking number i asked for several times. I phoned and the girl said she was new and didnt know how to look up a tracking number so what is she doing at customar care. Now i see its a commojln problem and quite frankly Paypal shouldn't deal with suppliers like this of all they get is one star reviews for over two years and maybe more. Scam in books. Ive reported to paypal, lets see what happens.

We were getting very concerned about delivery of our package ordered 17/12/2022. I sent a request to PayPal to investigate. The following day (probably by coincidence) the package was delivered. It was the dog bed we ordered and packed very tightly. I was not expecting much, but to our surprise, the bed was vacuum packed and once opened we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the bed! We need to leave it for 24 hours to reach full size but already our dog has dived in and settled! Still feeling a bit anxious, but so far, so good!

Ordered Anti Flea Collars for my cats. After 15 days nothing arrived. I wrote to customer support.
They reordered but the order number stayed the same! Only delivery date switched to another 30 day wait! waiting for 6 days already again!
Opened a case with PayPal! And with the fleas, new to my house... Thanks for that! Order today shipped tomorrow!
Just don't do it because after 1 year CoViD Pandemic it's still their excuse for delays!

If i could give 0 i would. The package comes from china and it takes about 3 months. So if You are think ing about buying something from this site because its a little bit cheaper Just stop. Few €€€ is Just not Worth this time of waiting.

I was very excited to buy a dog bed from this site and they claimed that it would be sent the following day if ordered before 23:00. So I ordered it in the hope that it would arrive within a week or so (because how long will it take if it is sent the next day?) but I was very wrong. I got an email, after ordering, stating that the item would arrive within 3-15 days and a link to the tracking of the package. When tracking the package it now says that it will be 14-28 days. I understand that the items will be sent directly from the factory but then they shouldn't pretend like they will send it immediately. I have not heard anything about it being dispatched and I am left with the feeling that it is a scam. We will see if the order actually arrives but I am not very impressed so far. Until I get the item I will keep this review at 1 star, if the item arrives in good condition I will change this review to 3-4 stars.
